CDL secured the executive condominium site at Woodlands Drive 17 - Woodlands Drive EC, listed by HDB as Woodlands E8, with a winning bid of S$360.899 million. According to HDB data, the 25,207.2 sqm site carries a 99-year lease, a gross plot ratio of 1.7, and a maximum gross floor area (GFA) of 42,853 sq m, with the potential to yield around 420 residential units. The tender was launched on 8 April 2025, closed on 5 August 2025, and officially awarded on 26 August 2025. Based on the approved maximum GFA, the land rate translates to approximately S$782.4 psf ppr. Keen in tune.
