Long time no see, hope everyone portfolio is doing well and compounding well Big Grin

new recent Dual Listed HKSE company,  IPO end 2025 on catalist.

NET CASH, PE6, Boring business. 7% plus yielding. currently tightly held and lowish volume but super undervalued gem.

will have another 1.5years to collect before it go to mainboard and rerate Big Grin  that is if it manage to maintain undercover from the analyst at CIMB lol..

Wont bother with the balance sheet details, Leave u guys to go see the VALUE yourselves.

what do you think? price drop back to ipo , I am accumulating now cheap cheap!! 

especially new factoy in indo this 2026 should boost EPS a bit as they switch from rented place.( might be a small boost . big boost) though i am happy if EPS stay same and suppot the 7.5% yield at 39c buy in Big Grin
