In A Nutshell

Well, it is do or die time tonight.  If I don't write on my blog now, it ain't gonna happen for a year and a half. So, the purpose of today is to update you on the last four months of my life since I haven't written since December 3rd while I eat a bowl full of funeral potatoes for breakfast and download MoTab to an old iPod.  Let's begin.

  • Around December 3rd I lost all motivation to do any school work.  I finished out the semester strong (kinda) and was so grateful that I would not have to do homework for the next two years.  I still love that thought!!  :)
  • About a week after the semester ended I received my mission call to serve in the Oklahoma Oklahoma City mission!  I report to the MTC April 3rd.  Hey, that's tomorrow!  Maybe that is why it is crunch time?!
  • I went through the temple to receive my own endowment during Christmas break as well.  It was simply glorious!  I love the temple so much!!
  • This winter semester started with a bang and has been fantastic!  As a plus, I have been taking no classes!  :)
  • I helped with Get Connected again this semester which is the new student orientation program at BYU-Idaho.  I was a mentor this semester which means I trained the I Team Leaders and I Reps.  I loved it so much!!  So, so much!  My I Team was fantastic and my mentor group was amazing.  I think about half of the mentor group ended up being on council for the winter since I was just that good.  ;)
  • I also helped with I Night.  I actually helped plan I Night last semester which was super fun!  I Night is pretty much the biggest party of the semester.  Yeah, I helped plan it...
  • I did SRC (Student Representative Council) again this semester and I loved it!  I guess I kinda got a promotion this semester as I was a Council Coordinator instead of just a Council Representative.  It was pretty much the bomb!  I love SRC so much!  It is such a remarkable program!  :)
  • Another thing that I did this semester in Student Support was that I was an Involvement Rep.  I love Involvement so much!!  There were so many times where I was the answer to someone's prayer as I went out and served others.  After my mission I think I am gonna focus my efforts in Student Support in this program.   I have a plan to apply for Director which is kinda the head honcho person of this program.  I have talked to the head honcho of all of Student Support and of this program and they both really like the idea of me applying.  Hopefully they don't forget about me over the next year and a half!!
  • I also unofficially did Ambassadors in Student Support.  I wasn't a part of their program but I gave over half a dozen tours which is more than a lot of the real tour guides.  Giving tours of a place I love is super fun!  Yeah, Ambassadors, SRC, Involvement, Get Connected, and I Night.  I really love Student Support and I am gonna miss it so much when I am gone!!
  • I also worked a little bit with the Activities program on campus..  In Social Activities I planned and had an Etiquette Dinner.  In Service Activities I helped run the Special Needs Life Skills program.  And then in Rec. Sports I proposed that we have Quidditch and it was approved so I had a couple trial runs of Quidditch and then there was a clinic.  I actually didn't go to the clinic though.  I guess I am a terrible manager.
  • I was a TA for a teacher on campus so I worked a few hours a week grading papers and doing little projects for her and stuff.
  • I was a part of Student Alumni.  Student Alumni is an amazing program and I love it so much but it isn't quite like my Student Support.  I was told by the people in charge of Alumni that they have big plans for me in the future.  I don't know what these plans are and I don't know if I will do them but there are plans for me.  :)  I was one of the people over SLE (Student Legacy Endowment) week.  I pretty much made students aware of the Student Legacy Endowment so they would hopefully donate money.  It was good though.  I just love Student Alumni!
  • Ummm, I had two callings in the ward.  They were both super chill which was good!  I made the ward bulletin and I was the FHE group leader.
  • Here is a fun thing I did!  I was a campaign manager for a couple of good friends (Spencer and Ali) who ran for SRC President and Vice President.  I pretty much knocked doors and convinced people to vote for them until about curfew every night.  They won and I am so excited for them!!  There is a really real reason why they need to lead the school these next couple of semesters!
Yeah, those are probably the highlights of my last semester.  Oh, and the people!  I have the most amazing friends ever!  I am going to miss them so much over the next year and a half!  Hopefully they remember me and occasionally write me letters and stuff.  ;)  Yeah, that is my life over the last four months.  Preparing for a mission.  Being awesome.  Loving life.  Changing the world.  I guess I am done with this blog thing for a year and a half.  Peace out!  HURRAH FOR ISRAEL!

Reaching the One

I am sleepy and I don’t want to do homework so I am justifying writing on my blogo as a good excuse to take a break from it.  Juana hear a sad story?  I was on campus for over a dozen hours today.  Who does that?  I do that apparently.  Anyhows, life is so good and I am really blessed.  Really busy, really tired, really overworked, but really blessed.  So, as I type I am watching an old vhs of Mulan and wearing sock monkey footie pajamas.  Yeah, life is good.  I want to share a lesson with ya’ll..  A lesson that has probably changed my life this semester that, I know if applied, can change your life too…  Haha, I am gonna get all Mormon on you now…  Share some scriptures and how they have shaped my life.  Hopefully it all makes sense to you because I have it connected in my mind.  J

In SRC we chose a scripture to be kind of our motto and we memorized it and recited it each week.  The scripture is 3 Nephi 11:15 and I just love it!  “And it came to pass that the multitude went forth, and thrust their hands into his side, and did feel the prints of the nails in his hands and in his feet; and this they did do, going forth one by one until they had all gone forth, and did see with their eyes and did feel with their hands, and did know of a surety and did bear record, that it was he, of whom it was written by the prophets that should come.”  So, the background of the scripture is that Jesus Christ has been resurrected and went to visit the Nephite people in the Americas.  When he went to the Americas he took the time to meet with every single person.  If Jesus Christ gave each person one minute of His time it would have taken 35 hours for every person to feel the prints of the nails in his hands and in his feet and to truly know that He was Jesus Christ, the Savior of mankind.  The part that is so incredible to me is the people went forth “one by one.”  Like Jesus Christ, we have the power to reach out and touch the one through our simple acts of service.  Let’s go to scripture numero dos.

These two scriptures are kind of my motto, I would say…  They are Doctrine and Covenants 58:27-28.  “Verily I say, men should be anxiously engaged in a good cause, and do many things of their own free will, and bring to pass much righteousness; for the power is in them.”  Isn’t that so incredible?  “The power is in them.”  The power is in each of us to change the world.  To reach out and minister to the one.  We, as children of God who know our divine worth and potential should be anxiously engaged in this great work because we have the power to change the world by reaching out to the one.  “The power is in them…”  I really like that.

Scripture 3: I found this one yesterday in my scripture study and I love it.  Abraham 1:18-19.  “Behold, I will lead thee by my hand, and I will take thee, to put upon thee my name, even the Priesthood of thy father and my power shall be over thee…  through thy ministry my name shall be known in the earth forever, for I am thy God.”  God is leading us in our service and, as we follow Him and do what we are supposed to do, we will take His name upon us will have His power.  It is mostly the last little bit that really touches me.  As I serve those around me and find the one person whose life I can touch, God will be glorified and He will be known for goodness eternally, through me.  This is getting really random.  Maybe I will do one more and then stop...  And sleep.  These scriptures kinda relate to the past ones but they are a set of scriptures truly changed my life…  Here is my story…

I have a good friend named Laura.  I was visiting with Laura one day and she suggested that we room together next semester.  I said that I couldn’t because I had signed a contract and paid rent and everything already so she said that maybe in the spring we could and to pray about it.  I totally forgot about it that night but the next night I remembered and was saying my night prayer and talked about my future and the spring semester and what to do with my life and everything and the Spirit told me to read my scriptures…  Since it was late I pulled out my ipod and clicked on the scripture app and the chapter that it opened up to was Doctrine and Covenants 4 which, as you may know, is the classic missionary chapter…  So, I started reading it: “Now behold, a marvelous work is about to come forth among the children of men.  Therefore, O ye that embark in the service of God, see that ye serve him with all your heart, might, mind and strength, that ye may stand blameless before God at the last day.  Therefore, if ye have desires to serve God ye are called to the work…”  Anyhows, the Spirit kind of hit me in the head with a two by four and told me that I was being called to the work and that the Lord was ready for my service and I needed to prepare and go on a mission.  So, missionary service has kind of been on my mind lately and I am preparing to serve a mission.  Anyhows, in my ward missionary prep. class the teacher man told us about his friend who works at the taco bus and he told us out homework was to get to know this guy and get him to church so we went to the taco bus and met him and became his friend and he said he would come with us last week to Church but he was in Pocatello but hopefully this week he will come!  Isn’t that great!  I love serving people and trying to reach the one.  I just have so many experiences where I have followed the Spirit to talk to a person or to visit a person or to go to some random place and how through these experiences when I reached “the one” I was really growing and it was really my life that was touched.  I am so grateful for the opportunities that have been placed in my life where I can be an angel in someone’s life.  That was a random tangent…  Anyhows, I should get back to my homework or go to bed or something…  But, life is so good and I am so happy!  The Church is true!  Heavenly Father loves each of us and has a plan for each of us!  People are placed in our lives that we can touch and as we utilize these opportunities to reach the one we can grow.

This One's For You...;

I am so bad at this blog game.  It has been such a long time since I last wrote…  I need to work on it.  :P  I seriously over estimated myself this semester and kinda don’t have as much time for life as I am used to but I am so glad!  Since it has kinda sorta been since the beginning of August since I wrote I guess the intention of this blog post could be to update ya’ll (Celeste) on my life.  Celeste, why are you having me do this?  You know everything that is going on with me...  Except about my great man friend.  We will have to talk.  ;)  But before ya’ll get too excited, I am exceedingly single/engaged.  Take your pick.  ;)  Both.  Anyhows, here is where my life is at these days…

I am addicted to service.  It is so wonderful.  I have gotten more involved with the Student Support.  The Student Support program here at BYU-Idaho is incredible.  I love it so, so much!  Celeste, when you are back in the ‘Burg we are getting you involved with everything.  It will change your life.  So since outside of school and homework and Church Student Support is my life.  Elaboration time…

This semester I have gotten super involved with the Student Representative Council (SRC) here at BYU-Idaho.  I am a council representative and I just love it so much.  I can honestly say that it has changed my life and I have become a person greater than I could have imagined myself becoming from a single semester at school.  I sit on the Student Services Council and the Honor Advisory Council and represent the students.  I also work on Bright Ideas submitted by BYU-Idaho students about ways to improve the school.  I have written three University Responses which are official declarations of the school that give reasons why things are happening the way they are happening.  I get to meet with school administrators and my love and respect for them has grown so much!  I love it so much!  And, I work with some of the greatest people that I have ever met in my entire life.  I have gotten to know the Student Body President and Vice President super good and if you are a BYU-Idaho student you should get to know them because they are angels!  I have been so changed by the remarkable people I have met.

At the beginning of the semester I helped with Get Connected which is the freshmen orientation program here at BYU-Idaho and, yes, this is part of Student Support.  It was so great for me and I loved it so I decided that I would get more involved with this program and I am so grateful that I did!  I am a mentor for the I Team Leaders and I Reps so I am essentially the mentors of the new student’s mentors.  I get to meet once every couple weeks and have a wonderful gospel discussion and it is great.

Another Student Support-y thing that I am doing this semester is that I am on the I Night committee.  I Night is part of Get Connected and it is pretty much a big party for thousands of people that I am helping to plan.  It is great fun.  Man, I just love Student Support!  :)

I am the vice president of NSTA.  To be completely truthful, I don’t really know what NSTA stands for…  Maybe National Science Teachers of America…  I don’t know but that sounds good.  ;)  I send emails on occasion and give my opinion about different things but, hey, it looks great on resumes and scholarship applications, right?

Oh yeah, I also participate in Rec Sports which is great fun!  I love it!  I am the ward dodgeball coach and it is super fun!  My team is great!  My roommate and lovely friend Lillian, my darling sister Katie, another wonderful girl who is hopefully getting her mission call this week! And a bunch of boys…  Wonderful boys!  (Celeste, we will talk later… ;) About these wonderful boys.)  Why am I posting this for the world to see?  We should pray that certain people don’t read this or my life could get super awkward.  I am also on the ward volleyball team and I love it!  It is so great to have a couple nights each week where I can forget about homework and life and go through balls at people.  That sounds vicious but I actually just really like spending time with my friends.

Here is another thing I do.  Each Sunday I go Stadium Singing which is a great spiritual relief to me!  I love it so much!  I usually go with my SRC friends and then having a hot chocolate party after but last week I went with my guy friends from the ward ;) and Lillian and had a blast.  Tons and tons of fun.  Stadium singing is so great!

Oh, I thought of another story…  I am engaged.  Celeste, you may be the only person to hear this story…  And, I am okay with that.  :)  We will talk later.  :)  Maybe I will message you after my homework…  I will have to see.  We talked about our wedding last Saturday and decided that things like this take more planning.  Ya’ll will be invited when it happens though.  :)

What else?  I love serving and volunteering and need to learn how to say no.  My life would be much easier if I was better at that.  Yeah, maybe someday.  I think I really overestimated myself this semester and didn’t leave much time for sleep or eating.  I should probably go grocery shopping since it has been a few weeks but I just don’t have time.  It is kinda silly, I don’t have time to shop so I am kinda have very little food so dinner tonight consisted of a couple lasagna noodles with tomato soup as sauce.  Hahaa, I am such a gourmet chef…

Oh yeah, another thing…  I decided (or the Lord decided and told me) that I should live in Rexburg during the winter.  I am super excited and am planning on doing a lot of stuff!  I made a list of everything that I want to get involved in and it is kinda a dozen-ish items long so I may not have much free time next semester either but, hey, at least no homework!  That will be so glorious!  I “strategically” planned all my classes for Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays and am feeling it now as I stay up late on Tuesdays and Thursdays doing homework.  :P  I have learned my lesson.

The final thing to share tonight of my life is how blessed I feel.  When people ask me how I am doing I either say “I’m happy” or “I’m blessed” because they are both so true!  My life is so fulfilling right now and I truly believe that God has opened the windows of Heaven to bless me because life has never been so wonderful.  Every day is such a wonderful day and I can think of two bad days that I have had in the last seven months…  And, they were funny bad days, not even bad bad days.  I am truly so blessed though!  I am preparing to serve a mission.  I have the best friends in the world.  I am surrounded by people who make me better (man friend  ;) )  Celeste, do you like all the alluding I have to this man friend?  I am so excited for you to meet him in January because he is great!  Very, very great!  ;)  Hahaa, for you people who aren’t Celeste, this man friend and I are just good friends.  Very, very good friends.  We are very open with each other and I feel really blessed that I know him because he makes me a better person.  I finally understand the principle of dating and marrying above yourself and how two people can marry each other and both marry above themselves.  Celeste, we will talk.  ;)  Anyhows, I must do homework so I hope you enjoyed reading about  my life and casual mentions of my man friend.  Now, we just pray he doesn’t read my blog or else I may blush.  :)  Goodnight!

My Summer

Well Friends, it has been perhaps eons since I have last written on my blog.  A very long time.  Perhaps you may have believed that I had died.  I can fortunately put all rumors to rest as I am very alive and doing well.  I had a nice dinner of toast and I am ready to write on my blogo.  Sometimes I wonder what the point of blogos are.  At least for me…  As you read this do you just get the idea that I am a wee bit crazy?  That’s the feeling I am getting as I read over what I wrote and as far as I am concerned, I am completely sane.  Actually, that may not be completely true…  I have been painting apartments for seven hours a day for days on end and the paint fumes may be starting to get to me.  Do you remember a general conference talk given a couple of conferences ago about looking up?  A story was shared of the general authority in the elevator  shortly after he was called and he was staring at the floor thinking of all that he had to do and another person got on the elevator and after a few seconds said something like “It’s better to look up.” And the first man realized it was President Monson who got on the elevator and gave him that inspired advice.  Yeah, I just slaughtered that story.  Anyhows, you get my point.  After painting ceilings for the past week I have gained a new perspective of looking up.  Hey, I can make some silly gospel relation here.  Hahaha…  Anyhows, let us say that the time spent at work is our mortal existence.  As you work through life you spend your time looking up and… it hurts your neck?  Yeah, this analogy isn’t going to work.  New topic of writingness.  I have become re-obsessed with Harry Potter.  I pretty much spend all of my free time reading.  The other day I was visiting some guy friends (yes, I have friends that are guys.  Shocking.) and their apartment has sensor lights that turn on at a certain point in the hallway.  Anyhows, I got kind of excited so I started hurrying down the hall, no longer walking and when I got just about to the sensors, I waved my hand and called out “lumos” and the lights came on.  It was pretty exciting.  It is ‘cause I am a real wizard.  I am actually trying to type super-fast so I can continue reading.  I am in the fourth book.  Less than a week ago I was in the second book.  It is wonderful.  My apartment is really hot.  Does anyone know a spell to cool it down?  Jk, not everyone is a witch like me.  Mwahahah, there was a fan in the room I am sitting in and I just summoned it (accio fan) and now it is cooling me down and it feels glorious.  What else is going on in my life?  Uhhh…  Oh yeah, I work.  Oh yeah, you already know that.  That is awkward.  Hehe, I have kinda summed up my life…  I work.  I read.  I sleep.  I eat toast.  I really like toast.  I am thirsty right now.  You probably really wanted to know that.  (Accio water.)  I haven’t unpacked my cooking supplies for quite some time.  I mean, I only moved in April and yes, they are still in my closet but who needs cups.  I hate shoes.  Maybe I should get a cup.  That would be fun.  Ummm, I had a snow cone the other day with 37 flavors of sugar juice.  I should stop writing so I can read Harry Potter.  I should make a tee-shirt that says something like “my heart is in Hogwarts” or “I (Heart) HP” or “Yer a wizard Grace” or “Accio boys!”  Hahaha…  I like the last one.  For you muggles out there accio is a spell that summons whatever is called.  Hahaha, accio boys…  I am so funny…  : )  Yeah, I am done with this blogo for the night.  Peace out boyscout!

Lessons Learned

This semester has been so wonderful for me.  Pretty much the best ever.  Life is just so, so good and it just keeps getting better and better!  I am probably the luckiest person in the world.  Actually, not probably...  I am most definitely the most lucky person in the world!  So, the focus of this blog post is to share some of the lovely lessons that I have learned this semester while at school.  I dunno, it could be to benefit new college freshmen, bored roommates and neighbors, or random people on Google mocking me.  You should probably be excited.  Lettuce see where this list will take us.  (Haha, vegetable joke...)  I am egg-selent.  I crack myself up.  (Haha, dairy joke...)  You will want to meat me someday.  (Haha, meat joke...)  Although you love my humor, you can't elope with me.  (Haha, fruit joke...)  Okay, that last one was cheesy.  (Haha, dairy joke...)  You oat it to me to keep reading though.  (Haha, grain joke...)  Okay, before you dessert me, we are going to go back to why I am writing this blog.  (Haha, dessert joke...)  Wooo, that was fun!  I don't even know where those food jokes came from.  Back on track.  Lessons learned this semester...

~ Saturday's are for homework!  As lame as this sounds, by killing yourself over on Saturday's you can have an amazing rest of the week.  I can't even begin to emphasize how wonderful it was to be days ahead in my homework and not having to worry about it when all of my roommates were staying up late and waking up early.  It was wonderful.  I honestly have had the best, most busy semester ever but it all turned out well because of doing homework on Saturdays.

~ College is so much better if you get involved.  I have gotten involved in so many things this semester and it has been wonderful.  Man, I can't even begin to tell you how much fun I have had and how many friends I have made.  This last semester I had so many things going on with Student Ambassadors and SRC and Education Society and I loved it so much.  I truthfully think that it kept me sane.  Silly, I know…

~ Smile!  It is as simple as that, smile all the time.  There have been days when I have come home from school and classes and my cheeks were sore from smiling too much.  Isn’t that silly?  I would come home from class and my smiler would hurt.  Silly, silly, silly.  People notice though.  Today for FHE my ward met with President and Sister Clark and I sat on the front row and Sister Clark afterward thanked me for smiling throughout our discussion.  I love it!  :)

~Okay, don’t judge me on this one…  Be kind to all people even if they annoy you to death.  There is a particular girl in one of my classes who pretty much drives me crazy.  She doesn’t intend to, but I can’t help with being annoyed by her.  Anyhows, even though I feel this way, she is probably a sweet girl and definitely a loved daughter of God so I need to be kind to her no matter what.  (Which I do…)

~ Okay, don’t judge me on this one either.  :)  Brace yourself for something that will forever change your life!  I have a couple of friends that are brothers.  One of them posted a picture on facebook of a certain something and talked about how wonderful this certain something was.  I tried this certain something and it was super wonderful.  This certain something changed something tolerable to something so much better.  Are you ready?  Toasted poptarts with butter…  Do you think that this is revolting?  Are you horrified?  Try it.  Put the poptarts in the toaster and as soon as they come out, butter them.  The butter melts into the frosting and makes it so it is yummy instead of dry and bland.  Don’t trust me on this though, try it for yourself.  It will change your life and you will never go back.  Yeah, I learned the value of buttered poptarts this semester.

~ “Traditions, traditions.  Without our traditions, our lives would be as shaky as… as… as a fiddler on the roof.”  Set traditions, it is fun!  Every Friday at 10 or 11 my Celestial friend and I have bagels at a little shop thing on campus.  It is a super fun and a super easy tradition.  Late night, glow in the dark tennis too.  On Fridays we would play tennis.  Actually, we would attempt to play tennis.  Neither of us was very good.  It was still fun to have these traditions though.  Set traditions.

~ This one is simple, but just ask.  One of my teachers mentioned wanting a TA for the next semester.  I asked her about it and she said I could be her TA next fall.  She also told me that she was planning on having me be her TA next spring.  I pretty much have a job lined up for at least the next couple of semesters of college just because I asked a question.

~ I love this one, but dream big and follow those dreams.  I want to accomplish so much in my life.  I dream on changing the world.  I dream of traveling everywhere.  I dream of touching someone’s life so greatly that they could honestly say if they hadn’t have known me they wouldn’t be the people that they are.  Yeah, those are just three things I want to do and they aren’t really small things but I still dream of doing them and I plan on doing them.  Back when I was a whippersnapper I had dreams but they aren’t as grand as they are now but it is wonderful because they are truly changing me for the better.  Here is an example!  I love BYU-Idaho and I truly believe it is the best school ever.  Anyhows, I dream of making BYU-Idaho a better place so I decided to do it.  I applied for a Student Representative Counsel position for the school so I can fulfill my dream of making this University a better place.  Not only am I setting dreams, but I am living my dreams.  Do it, it will seriously change your life!

~  Finally, something to lighten the mood.  : )  This one I fail epically on…  After you wash your laundry, put it away.  I haven’t been doing this and I have a lot of laundry to fold and hang up.  It may take a year to do.  It will happen soon.  Wish me luck.  :)

Well Friends, that is my lovely advice.  If you take nothing else from this blog post, next time you have poptarts, butter them.  :) Anyhows, I am gonuh go to bed and stuff so peace out!

The Deep Thinking Elementary Schooler in Me

I am in love with Pinterest.  It is wonderful.  Anyhows, as I was on Pinterest one day I came across a quote that read "Life is about using the whole box of crayons."  I really liked this quote and I thought to myself "Grace, that is an amazing quote because it is so true."  I think it is because it is about crayons and I love elementary school.  A day or so later I shared the quote with one of my friends and she replied "What does that even mean."  I didn't know what to say.  Isn't it obvious?  I just stood there, lowered my head, turned around, and walked away...  Just kidding, I really didn't do that.  I told her that it was about living life to the fullest.  Do you get that from my quote or am I just crazy?  Don't answer that.  :)  Here is my interpretation of that quote as applied to life.  Life is truly wonderful but life is only good if you make it worth living by experiencing different things.  We need all of the crayons in the box to make a lovely picture just like we need a whole bunch of different experiences in life to make it worth living.  I won't be able to color a perfect picture just with red or yellow or blue, but I need all the colors.  Similarly, I won't be able to live a good fulfilled life if all of my time is spent sitting in the classroom at school (haha, I want to be a teacher...) or playing tennis or reading "The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People."  (I love that book, by the way...)  Anyhows, all of the experiences that life throws at us (bad and good) create a perfect life just like all the crayons (black included) create a lovely picture.  That is why "Life is about using the whole box of crayons."

Life is Good

I seem to find myself saying "Life is Good" frequently.  I suppose that you could say that it is my catch phrase right now.  A car ran over my foot.  Life is good.  I failed out of school.  Life is good.  My identity was stolen.  Life is good.  Okay, so those things really didn't happen to me, but life is just so good.  :)  I don't know why I am so, so blessed but I must be doing something right because, you guessed it, life is good.  I truthfully don't know where I am going with this blogo post, but I hope that if you are having a bummish day that you remember that life is good.  :)  Time for happy life is good quotes because I love quotes.

"Once you make a decision, the universe conspires to make it happen."

"Every day is another chance to make your dreams come true."

"The world needs dreamers and the world needs doers.  But, above all, the world needs dreamers who do."

“Let us lay in the sun and count every beautiful thing we can see."

"The future is exciting."

"The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams."

"Finally I understand little things are the most important in life."

"Life isn’t about finding yourself, it’s about discovering who God created you to be."

“It’s supposed to be hard.  If it wasn’t hard, everyone would do it.  The hard is what makes it great.”
                A League of Their Own

"One day your life will flash before your eyes.  Make sure it’s worth watching."

"A good life is when you assume nothing, do more, smile often, dream big, laugh a lot, and realize how blessed you actually are.”

"Life is about using the whole box of crayons."

"Let us dream beyond infinity."

"What a wonderful thought it is that some of the best days of our lives haven’t happened yet."

"I am so excited for all of the good things to come."

Goal in life… to be this kind of person…  I am working on it:  “Here’s to the people who always have a smile on their face and no matter what they’re going through, they put others before them.”

"The happiest people I know are not those who find their golden ticket; they are those who, while in the pursuit of worthy goals, discover are treasure the beauty and sweetness of the everyday moments.”

"There are so many beautiful reasons to be happy."

Weren't those such happy quotes?  They made me happy.  I hope that you have a most lovely day.  Remember, life is good!
