We're back!

So,hello to everyone that still follow our blog.Although,i wouldn't blame you for giving up on us,after me being "absent" for about a year.That tells you there's a lot of catching up to do,but i would probably make you all tired with all the stories,since there's never something super exciting.Just work,work and some play.
Anyways,i can't believe it's already April!With all that weather playing with us,you kind of just forget what month it is.We sort of made some plans to go camping with our trailer.We would like friends and family to join us more often than in the past.I love camping because of many reasons,but what i love the most is taking pictures that i don't get to every day,mostly landscapes.
What is YOUR favorite camping place?My goals are to go see Goblin Valley,Yellowstone,The Arches,Bear Lake,Lake Powell and many more.So,if you are up for a trip,let us know.Good to be blogging again :)
Oh,just to share my excitement with you...i won the contest at work...the prize was VIZIO 42" TV!!!

Chicken enchiladas a la Brett

I have to brag every time my husband cooks,because he just does an amazing job.He finds a recipe,reads it through,but then he makes it in his own way,and it works every time. He enjoys it a lot,as well, and won't let me near the kitchen to help him. :) Maybe we'll have to get him into Culinary school! ;-)
He made incredible chicken enchiladas.I did snap some pics,but unfortunately for me and you,there is no recipe to follow...

Since holidays are over,i wont go to details,but just wanted to thank you all for Christmas cards,and let you know that we really appreciate it!


We had wonderful holiday season with Brett's family here in Utah,plus we got to see his Mom and brother that came to visit us from California.

I have lived in Utah for over 4 yrs now and i still have hard time when it snows...driving in it,walking in it,not being able to get out of the house...etc.I really appreciate my husband shoveling the snow of the driveway,b/c i am just a wimp.
