With the crazy nursing hormones surging I get SO HOT while I'm nursing. And let's not forget the poor baby who inevitably pops up at the end of her meal looking like she just ran a marathon. This morning I woke up a ballerina. I spent my dormant night searching for the perfect pair of pointe shoes, feeling somewhat like Marie Taglioni, wobbling around in them for the first time. This dream left me wishing I had long hair that I could pull up in an elegant (not strict, mind you) swirling bun. I think I will dress like these ballet inspired beauties today.

Image 1: The flautist is wearing a perfectly combined soft-pink knit cardigan from H&M, $39.00, and a lovely floaty skirt from Dillard's, $108. A metallic headband (Rachel Weissman at Notanonymous) and ballet flats (Michael Kors) polish off the look. And leggings (Just Johnson) are done tastefully by her friend on the right. My favorite touch, however, is her skinny headband from H&M for an affordable $1.99.
