Crafting and re-purposing

Scripture bag made from scrap material.

Thought we would try a empty frame with my bridal bouquet. It thought it turned out cute.

Silk flowers. So easy and way cute.

Chalk Board we made for Sydnee and Chase. They love to use it.

Dolled up Sydnee's booster. Add some padding for comfort.
Our Preschool board. This is our activity daily. The kids love to play school. That is what learning is all about. I even added the Savior. Sometimes we forget to teach our children about him. This remind us daily who loves us.

Just a few of my little odds and ends that I have found time to fit in.

Every picture their is a story...

Chase got a fishing pole and fishes in the pond of water in the front yard. This is their fishing!

Sydnee wanted a scripture bag. So we came up with this. She loves reading her Book of Mormon and taking her own bag to church.

Fishing once again.

We had school at home and made squirrel puppets. Then sang a song.

Chase really got into it.

All decked out to ride.

My little is growing up. Her first day of preschool. She loves school.

Sydnee is in the posing stage now. Got to love her beauty.

Chase posing for a picture. Such a cowboy!

Sydnee got this dress from D.I. It was to big so we down sized it and she loves it.

Sydnee is riding the neighbors pony Shadow.
The picture of our re-purposed dress. She is stunning.

My family all got together and celebrated before everyone started back to school. We celebrated my moms birthday.

Some of the Ivie clan.

Chase helping to put up the tents.

Stockton and Chase riding Shadow.

Fishing!!

Swimming in the horse trough.

They had so much fun. We all laughed watching them play.

Chase feel asleep on the floor while I was making lunch. He had to have been tired. That is what summer fun does!!

We have had so much fun. We are so greatful for all our many blessings and the memories we get to share with our families. We are greatful for our Savior and his example for us to follow. He is are light and life. We love the the blessing of family and know that God lives. May your lives be full of joy as ours has been this summer.

Rodeo Time!

Lead line at the Fair. The kids love to ride. I just had to take a picture of those cute butts. All suited up for the rodeo.

So proud of their trophy's and ribbon. They were both excited for the dollar they got.

Look at that smile!

Rodeo Queen in the making. Must get that from her Aunt Meg.

Cousin Bodee on Duke. Had to put this in. Look how cute he is!!

Sydnee hooping it up at the fair entertainment.

Kids parade. They all decorated their bikes. Sydnee rode the whole way with all the kids. She is tough!

I pulled the little ones in the parade. Brooklyn was the only one to wave. The other two just scowled.

Showing off her bike.

Goat tieing. Shew was fast as lightening.

Watching the rodeo. These kids really get into it!

Look at that smile!

Love this picture of Chase with his hat pulled down.

Rodeo night. Best buds. These two love to get together and play cowboys.

We had so much fun this year at the rodeo. The kids talk about it all the time. Chase is all about his cowboy boots, cows, and horses. He must take after his Dad cause I am not the fan of cow for sure. Sydnee loves to be outside and loves showing off her pink chaps.
