BABY DEUCE on the way

Well our lil' family is growing again!!

We are so excited to say that Baby Deuce will make a debut this December!!

I'm now at 15 weeks and truly know what a normal pregnancy is!

holy cow! morning sickness goes away? AMAZING!

With Peyton I was sick the ENTIRE time all day and it was yucko....

not this time!

So we'll see what happens. Our ultrasound this past weeks the baby was kickin and squirming which is ALWAYS a great sign but especially this time!!

the tech said that the genitalia is developing at this point and you can't tell what it is but it it sticks up its a boy and down for a girl.....she showed us and straight up stick.....hummmm....

but the chinese predictor charts (all of them) say girl!

Again we ONLY have girl names so my heart wants a girl but my wallet says BOY! haha!
and Peyton having a boy bestie I think would be wonderful!

Some of you may know that we miscarried this past December before Christmas and it was CRAZY! Its even more crazy that this baby is due about the same time that we lost our 2nd pregnancy.

God works in mysterious ways and he does take care of you....

with that being said...this last picture was taken during Peyton's 6 mo photos with his then big brother shirt and I thought it was so adorable and I wish I could use it now! So I thought I'd share here only with my more "private" friends

So needless to say this baby is extra special to me and Conrad....

Every day brings anxiety and calmness at the same time.

We're gonna make it though :)

To make matters EVEN better is that my best friend, Jenni Miner

is preggo too and her due date is the SAME day as ours....

again....God works in mysterious ways......

So I'm over the moon excited to share this experience with my BFF and our lil' kiddos be BFFs as well!!

Where Ya Been?!

well we've been a wee bit MIA ahah! for AWHILE!

We have been crazy crazy busy!

Peyton is now 10 months old and will be 11 months on 2/24!!

It's beyond amazing how much this lil' guy changes every day!!

His practically a garbage pail - he feeds himself with his hands...sometimes we still have some random finger that slips to the back of the throat and chokes him ahah!!

still need some practice :)

sippy cups are extra fun! we're trying to put the formula in them to get him off of the bottle and we may be too late. Sippy's are for water and watery juice after long walks.....but bottles are for food! He'll pass up the sippy and you transfer the formula to the bottle and POOF it's like he hasn't eaten in months! haha!!

Doesn't care too much for meats....a vegan at this point. Tried eggs to break the cycle and yogurt....yogurt has a thumbs up...eggs 1/2 of them were good. :)

fast...fast...fast....GO...GO...GO

he crawls like no tomorrow!

he'll walk with your fingers and with his walking toy however he gives up pretty quickly and goes to his one true method of locomotion.....speed crawling!

he is standing by himself to hold and check out toys...max I've counted thus far is about 13 seconds then we suddenly get very shaky and POOF down!

so i don't want to work at ALL anymore (now 2/3rds a day, 3xwk)

b/c I truly fear that I'm gonna miss those precious few steps!! ARG!

bath time is a favorite and in just a few short days we should be able to try out the pool :) he should be really fun this year and I can't wait to get him to the beach!

Another growth spurt hit us this week...so we're a lil' in need of mommy time, lil' cranky and perfecting our "throw myself on the floor and cry" tantrums....if this is any

foreshadowing for the future....we're in for it!

His 1st birthday is coming up fast! we're buying WAY to much and inviting WAY too many people but we're excited to celebrate making it thus far!!

My family went to celebrate our Christmas in Breckenridge, CO...we had a GREAT time!! everyone was there and wouldn't have changed it for the world!!

Six and Seven Months!

Whew....it's been awhile....so get ready for picture overload! We've had so much fun during the 6th month.....eating new things....so far the mommy made food is a hit although we do have positive gaggage on organic green beans and asparagas.....however mixed with bananas = YIPPEE! He is sitting like a champ - rarely falls over now unless he wants too....really close to crawling....he'll rock on all fours and goes backwards so it'll be soon and ZOOM! it's ALLLLLL over for us.....

OCTOBER 2010

Happy Halloween!!


First halloween celebration was out to "Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween" party at Disney. He's still young for trick or treatin and disney but we did not care and he LOVED it!

we went out with our friends the Lively's! Had a great time and their lil' kiddos are SO funny!

He was so happy just to pick out anything!! Even if it was an empty wrapper!! It was success! HAHA

We have had such a great time the past 2 months with our lil' guy!! Blessed with the opportunity for family to come see us...more coming soon and great friends to play with. I feel like we're go-go-go all the time!!!

ahhhhhhhh..........

5 MONTHS!

5 Months is here and I'd really like a FREEZE button! He is SO much fun and doing so much that it's just perfect! I will say though that I know we had our first "tantrum" yesterday which I think I'm not ready for at all....but during bath time he couldn't reach what he wanted so there was alot of slapping, scream and thrusting his head back! HAHA! I couldn't help but laugh!

First my husband has been working SO HARD for us!! I know he hates being away from Peyton and he job has him going all the time lately!! So we just want to start out by saying THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! To our hard working daddy that allows me to stay home w/ our precious lil' guy. I cherrish every minute and I'm so grateful to have him as my partner! Peyton just adores him and loves on him when he gets home.

Peyton has now been to the FL Aquarium and the Zoo in Tampa (voted #1 by Parenting mag) The zoo is definitely hit or miss. I mean the animals HAVE to run right in front of him....we're not at that oooh look there and he does! haha! he gets distracted by other kids, a fly, his hat, etc....what a world he's seeing

This is at our zoo and it's the best part A: there is air conditioning thank you! B: the manatees, turtles and fish in here are HUGE so it's very very easy to follow

Well I know I've posted that this lil' guy doesn't really roll like he's "suppose" to but I do NOT care my lil' man can sit and he's 1 month early for that! YIPPEE!! haha! I do like this milestone - he's not going to fall off the changing table and he can play by himself now in a new way - it's a whole new world

I know how people don't lose the baby weight! I'm telling you that last 10-15 is HARD! So we're out now and doing the couch to 5k so lil' man is LOVIN the stroller rides.....

unfortunately i think the tires are a wee low so when I take off to run it's all wobbly!! haha!! I need to get that fixed....but lil' guy loves it! It's just part of the roller coaster ride for him

Per MD orders - we started rice cereal this month.....he loved it the 1st time and now it's like ummmm....50/50...but he's just watching us eat everything so he's ready...I did try sweat potatoes and he "raspberried" them on my couch so I say not today mr! haha! back to rice

This month Peyton is really using all his "entertainment" toys! Basically if it moves or bounces HE LOVES IT!

We are just loving this lil' guy and watching him grow. His personality is coming out, he's getting his "big boy" face and laughes, talks and of course cries out for us!! Couldn't ask for more! (maybe a maid - but that's it)
