Mckade's first bath at home! He didn't like it at first, but got used to it quick. Mattee loves her litle brother. Mckade's grandparents got to see him the first day he arrived (all but granpa woolf who had to go home the day before :( We are enjoying being home. The smiley face is were Kader's came out. Mattee is sporting her new Christmas dress with one of her great facial expressions.

FYI
I just wanted to let everyone know that I love their posts! I also love to read your comments. We don't have internet, so we piggyback off of whoever we can. Sometimes I barely get to view your blogs before we lose connection, or I lose connection when I try to comment. Hopefully some of our posts make you laugh or smile. This blogging stuff is kinda fun (especially when you can access the internet! :)
Camping
We went camping a couple weeks ago at Lake Mead. The slideshow is below. The weather was ok, kinda windy. We had a good time playing horseshoes, cooking over the fire, and being together. The really not so fun part was me having to use the bathroom 3 times in the night!

Sisters came to visit Halloween weekend!
I think every little kid wished they had three adults to take them trick or treating!
I was just trying to relive my glory days:) Mattee is a cute little cat!

First Visit to the Dentist!
The other day we took Mattee to the dentist. She was a great little patient. The Dental Assistant even said she hopes her future children will be patients like Mattee. When Mattee was reclined and lifted up on the chair she asked if she was going to get a foot rub. I told her no, they just check your teeth at the dentist. She does have one cavity, that gets to be filled on Monday. Hopefully she'll still be a good little patient:)

What Aunt Mallory taught me
While we were in Washington, Mattee's aunt Mally taught her a little "attitude" chant that she had learned at school (I could actuallly see Mally coming up with that one on her own :) We got a pretty good laugh at it. Love you Mally! Check it out below

Ninja Class Oct. 8, 2008
I was going to put Mattee in pre-school this year but I decided since she has 2 years until kindergarten, I would sign her up for different classes through the rec. center. For the first class I asked if she wanted to take a gymnastics class or a ninja class. She said, "The turtle one!" So we signed her up. She has been doing so well, is the only girl in her class, and is one of the only students that can follow directions :) I think most moms enjoy the 45 minute break from their kids, but I love to watch the class. I am the only mom who goes in and watches. It is hillarious to watch these 3-4 year olds "focus"! Here is a little footage from this week.

Mattee and Daddy
Trip to Washington! Sept. 26-Oct.5
Matt
ee and I got to go up and "babysit" :) the girls (Mattees' aunt Ashley, Lindsey, and Mallory)while Mom and Dad Woolf went on a trip. I didn't have our camera with us so I didn't get to take a lot of pictures that I wanted to. We had a blast though. We made a Miss Huntermill Pageant (our 3rd one now). It is a classic just like the rest :) I think Lindsey is going to post it on her blog if you want to get a good laugh.
Payson Parade
Cowgirl!
Over Labor Day weekend we went up to Utah for Corey to play in a softball tournament with his brothers. While we were there, Mattee got to go on a horse ride up Payson canyon with her Grampie, uncles, and aunt Kate. She is on Cubby, and is quite the take charge cowgirl. Mattee let Cubby know she was the boss!
Our Champion Swimmer (aka michael phelps)!
We have had lots of fun playing in the pool this summer. Mattee was sick of getting wedgies from her life jacket, so we got her some arm floaties. She loved the freedom! After watching the Olympics, Mattee would pretend to be in a race. She wanted to swim without floaties, so I started working with her. She learned very quickly and is a great little swimmer! She is getting a little too brave around the water though.
Mattee and her cousin Dakota challenge each other, which has made them both more confident. They jump in and yell "cannon ball!", do flips in the water, race, and have lots of fun.
