New yr wish and some more planning

HappyNewYear

New yr ahead. A new challenge for me ahead.

On 5th Jan, I am scheduled to go to Bangalore. Will soon take an appointment and consult my doctor. Most probably I will have to go through a surgery. Standing from where I am, I can see myself spending six moths of the coming year recovering. After that, if all is well, I will get back to work. I can't wait to get back to my job.

I couldn’t give my first level exam of International CFA because of the stupid strike. So I will have to give it in June. I have to start studying for it from April. Ahh, have to study same thing all over again.

I always lose interest when I study all over again. My preboards always went good cuz of fresh preparation but boards went bad because of studying the same thing again, what I studied for pre boards. Some one truly said an Aquarian gets bored really fast doing the same thing. Ahh don’t worry I won’t get bored of your comments on my blog or reading posts on your blogs.
Harshi’s each sec updates on twitter allured me to get onto twitter, though I had registered my twitter account long back.  mmm now all I see is Mads, me and Harshi commenting in twitter.....as if gtalk chat doesn't exist .. but what ever it is, it is Fun.

I went to watch 3 idiots to Siliguri. Hundred bucks for Gold Class was an awesome treat. I wish I can take mom to watch 3 idiots in Bangalore. Elderly people are always cribbing about money. I understand, in their time cinemas ticket might have been cheap. So mom is not in favour of spending 200 bucks for a ticket. She says it’s not worth it and then she adds the transport cost too. Ahh I wish i could tell her, "Ok Mom you dont pay, I will pay. My treat" Alas i don’t have job now but I will get one soon   ;)

money houseDad saw the Balloons which we blew to decorate the room for Mom’s and Didi’s birthday. He ended up saying “faltu kharcha”. I replied, "Dad, If hundred rupees can buy you a memorable moment and smile, then its worth it". But you know male’s ego, at least my dad, he never kneels. That is one thing I hate about him. At times we Kids can be right and he can be wrong. :|

PS my dad loves the song – kyu paisa paisa karti hai .. from de dana dan and wants me to make it his ring tone.

Two secret places to apply Perfume

"Where's the sexiest spot a woman can apply perfume?"

"Under the chin because that way when you get in really close to kiss her, you can smell it."

it is nice when a woman sprays perfume on her ankles.

Why? "Because when you're about to have sex, the first thing you do is grab her ankles and kiss them."

Plans Plans Plans

I have been so detached from blog. Have so many things to say but i don’t know how to start.

First of all Merry Christmas to all readers of my blog. My Christmas was boring. I was home had nothing to do. We asked bro to get us wine for New year. He got us some Australian Wine (red wine) before he left for B’lore.

We have wine and I Know where is Dad’s JD kept.. So wine, Whiskey and no companion :(

I had asked RD to meet me in new year but its WORKING DAY :| HE cant make it. I feel like flying to Blore to celebrate new year. It would be so much fun.

It feels like a part of life is over. I know Pages of life keeps turning.

It’s like going to exam all. You know you can’t go through your notes again, all you have is leftover of what you read in your head (memories).

Lately I have been watching lot of movies. Me, Shweta Di and movies in my lap top with good Speakers. Me and bro’s room always look little messed up cuz of wires around. We both are speakers and electro freak. Yesterday there was no electricity in my house. It lasted for 12 hrs and it felt like as if life is so dead. No charge in my laptop, phone. No TV for entertainment. The heaters left in one corner of house. We get so used to things like shopping, electricity, movies, eating out and these become a need of our life. I am tired of eating paratha every day at home for breakfast. I miss baked food :(

We don’t have a good restaurant here in my town. we don’t even have a movie hall. But still home is home and its heaven. Its wonderland.

I couldn’t do any thing on 21st Dec, My sis. B’day becuz of strike and stuff so today I and my cousin are planning to give her surprise. Small surprise party for Di and mom too. Mom knows about our plan as she is the financier and we had to ask money from her. We have balloons, candles, I hope we’ll manage to make decent cake, and ribbons to decorate the room.

Its Happening!! :)

Had been to attend a wedding yesterday. Most of the time, if any one asked me to go to social event I said “No”. I don’t know the reason -  but it could be

cuz I didn’t trust myself so much that I can handle the stupid questions of social  mates. Any ways after lot of self gathering and my sister convincing words I got ready to attend a relative’s wedding.

It was a sad combination to wear Salwar and Floaters but I didn't have option. It was a social come back to attend a marriage. I hadn’t been outside my home since my accident. I couldn’t recognise many people and many of them couldn’t recognise me. After all I hardly used to be home. Many kids recognised me. They were like- ‘Di do u remember me ?? You use to help use learn new dances. !!’ I recognised them but was stunned to see them so grown up :)

Came back home after meeting so many people after such a long time. Took some pics with parents. Thought of reading Paulo’s new book ‘ The winner stands alone” but ended up watching 5 episodes of Gossip Girl.

Got up early morning today to have breakie with dad :) it was Fun.

BTW its one of my close friend birthday today.. Happy B’Day fee.. Love u so much. I know you are secretly reading my blog :P

P.s. Guys there is a very good website my friend Shally suggested me to check in, to learn foreign language.

check www.livemocha.com

I am planning to register myself for Spanish class.. What do u think guys??

Shitfortat is having a birthday week. Kindly follow this link

Looking ahead for better

Bad luck kitna kharab hosakta hai kisi ka..

The day I left from Calcutta to Nepal, it was a West Bengal strike.
The day I had exam In Kathmandu it was strike and my exam got canceled. My 6 mtonhs of preparation got wasted cuz I can give this exam only in next June when others will be one level ahead than me.
Strike was announced the day I was returning to my home town, so I had to Postpone my tickets, pay another RS1500.

Two days back I met Dr Ashok Baskota in ktm, the serior orthopedic, a very notorious doctor and I don't know how on earth I forgot my medical report on his desk. Today I had to meet a Plastic Sergent and I was so blank as I had lost my medical report. :(
I somehow went back to hospital and searched and found my reports. Met the Sergent. He explained me everything and said it was dangerous to operate my leg again. I should be happy with what I have. Further intervention can complicate situation.

Explained this things to mom. Made her understand we have to go to my old doctor in Bangalore and talk to him if operation can be dangerous. cuz end of Dec. I m scheduled for a operation .
Life seems to messed up.

Why does negative feelings comes to my mind? Why cant i jsut stay positive. Why do I think what of I will stay what I m today how will I manage and what all things I need to give up.
I want to outshine. I want to be fine. I want to join work again and study and party hard. My mom says I can do anything, I am brave and daring. Yes I am and I dont wanna lose trust and my confidence, my will power and most of all ME.

P.s Tomorrow am flying to my home town from ktm.
will be there in B'lore my end of December. :) seee ya guys.

Parting can be sweet sorrow

When a relationship ends, one person tends to shed it off faster, while the other wades through the pain and grief of parting

Almost always when a relationship ends, one person tends to shed it faster, while the other wades through the pain and grief of parting. How you respond depends on your personality type and state of dependence on your partner. It can also be impacted by the manner in which the parting happened. Did one unexpectedly walk out of the relationship while the other was unprepared? Or, was it a slow and helpless falling out of love on both sides? Did one cheat or hurt the other in any way? Was there respect in the relationship?

What helps the process is if the break is for the right reason. If two partners decide to break off to move on to more positive and fulfilling stuff, the parting is likely to be amicable. However, if one partner walks out seeking to hurt or ‘punish’ the other, the parting and subsequent interaction is bound to be acrimonious and painful for both. In order to have a peaceful after, it’s important to weed out the negativity along with the relationship.

In deference to the relationship and earlier shared love, it is incumbent on the break-up pair to ensure the impact on the other is minimal. Some people find it helps to have a “Transition Relationship” around the time of a break up. Almost always in a break up, one person has found someone else to love, while the other is smarting under disbelief and grief.

The hurt person may attract such a temporary relationship. It is commonly looked upon as a miscalculated "relationship on the rebound." However, I prefer to look upon a transition affair as a helpful hand Destiny extends to get us through a difficult period. And since such help is needed for just a while, these
relationships, by their very nature, are short lasting.

The most critical thing to remember in the midst of the grief is that time heals all. There comes a time when tears dry up, the heartache stops and what remains is a regret for what could have been. Unless of course you have reason not to let go that last link with the relationship. One moves on and stops grieving, no matter how sharp and unnerving the parting. Knowing this as a reality in the middle of your tragedy helps. And what helps more than anything else is if both partners accord each other due respect and make an effort to help make the parting easier.

You cannot predict or dictate how a relationship ends. But you can certainly choose to let go of it with dignity. For this, it is important to first accept that the relationship has actually ended. The support of friends and family is something that should be actively sought to help tide over the worst of the crisis.

Under the stress of a breaking relationship, tempers can be mercurial; try and avoid getting into fights, and make some allowances for the other partner’s irrational words and actions; it will help you retain your sanity.

Even if you have moved into a new relationship, do not flaunt it in front of your ex or mutual friends; it can hurt like nothing else. Try and give your relationship a closure. It is important to talk as well as to listen, to discuss and together try to understand rationally and without emotion what went wrong. Also, inject a positive note by thinking of all the things you can do once you are free. Plan your days in a manner that doesn’t allow you time for brooding.

Try staying away from reminders of happy times, at least for a while. Those memories will bring a smile later, currently they will only make you miserable. Do not try to “remain friends” — at least not at this stage… it’s unnatural when you are smarting and can perhaps come later.

If handled carefully on both sides, parting though still painful, can at least cease to be a lifelong trauma. And perhaps when you look back in the autumn of life, it can just be a sweet sorrow. . .”

Missing you…

Every song reminds of you, the cold weather, the rain wants you to be here near me. The roses on the street, the couple on the road makes me wish you were here and we would walk hand in hand again.

My cute expression reminds me how you would react to it. ‘Baby do that once again, that was so cute'. When I don't feel like eating, I think how you used to force me to eat. Like a daddy you took care. Like a lifelong friend you are always here.

I need you. I miss you. I love you. <3 <3 <3

Bye bye Kolkata

Some days to go, and then I will leave this place, Kolkata. I never liked Kolkata mainly cuz of the colour yellow (yellow taxi) cuz of the infrastructure (the building are so crumbled up), cuz of weather (it is always so damn hot) but with passing time I realised there are something about this city that I havent come across anywhere. Taxi driver are very helping, they don't mind which Nukkad, which extra turn you want to take, no faulty meter; the amazing chai walas like Sharma's, Ajad Hind, I will never forget the mouth watering chicken tikka of Ajad hind and veg-chicken roll.

Chats of Vardhan road, the ministore of Vodafone who recharged my cell whenever I needed, all had to do is call him once and pay at my own convenience.

Kata tea- my tuition centre. They make amazing food in ground floor. during class break we have lunch in Katatea, and after lunch we had chai which helped us not to sleep in class. The tuition friends I made here Manish, Kushal, Ankur (you guys made my life easy, thanks).

From the starting of the day in Kolkata Gaurav has always been around. It was so much fun. I stopped cribbing about Kolkata when he showed me what Kolkata is all about. The day he left Kolkata I was so shattered, we tend to depend on others and we never realise. Though he had to move to GuwahatI for his job he was always there to guide me where to find stuffs I needed, how to reach there and every help possible.

Big Ben, someplace else, Aqua, Shisha, Aqua java, etc had been places I loved the most. Thanks god, some part of fantasy was covered and stayed alive cuz of someplace else. I guess it’s the only good place in Kolkata which played good rock music.

I also met Gautam, Varun. my new friends. (shit I didn’t make any girl friends, all are guys only).

Rahul bhaiya was there when i met with accident. He knows it all. thank god he was here to understand what i was going though. He helped me made my life easy. (my mom was always so scared that i wont be able to make it, it will be dark and it will be crowded and i wont be able to do it) With his hand in mind, trusting that he will take care, i walked the dark movie hall, sat near the aisle seat and watched angels and demons :) I made it. slowly things were getting easy. Diwali was not lonely as i had been to his house.

Varun had been a pampering boy. many times he used to pick me up from tuition class and we used to go eat samosa chai. It fun being around him.

I never liked eating, Kolkata made me fall in love with food.

My pg deadline rocked. before there was no deadline, now its reduced to 11 pm. but its still good. My pg is more like Flat. Early days I met my good and close friend Nikita and her bf Akshay. Those days were fun too, now they are studying in Canada, and they can’t stop cribbing about cold :P

I met my Blog friend Peter, we went to Afraa, Long Island Ice tea :) it was fun.

My roomie is the sweetest person i met in kolkata, Varsha. Already missing u varsha

I learnt to walk on the crowded road, I learnt to use the escalator again, my leg got better and I smiled again. Life seemed normal but now again a new challenge ahead. One more surgery makes me feel sick. Can’t stop thinking that I will be in bed again resting and my mom taking all the pain looking after me, again a pause and then drum rolls and here I come dancing, singing, and smiling tapping on my new foot wares :)

No more tring tring :(

Our landline phone, a constant and reliable companion for decades, was recently given a planned but unwilling farewell. Even though such a farewell was in complete sync with latest trends all over the world, one could not help but grieve for several days until one got used to life without its constant ‘tir-tir’ throughout the day. With the skyrocketing prices, and incomes frozen, the goodbye became a necessity. But it left a vacuum in our lives for days together. It had become, in a way, as lovable as any chatty family member. We had to give the phone up to deal with these times of economic hardship. I must confess that we got the idea from an international journal that said it was more economical and sensible to replace it with a cellphone. Anyway, there were already several mobile sets in the family. Keeping the landline cord buzzing as well was more a matter of the heart than of the mind. The mind overpowered the heart this time and the familiar ‘tir-tir’ sound was heard no more.
Quick research shows that the unfailing companion at home is being pushed out all over the world. In the US alone, there were 70,000 disconnections per year over the last two years, a phenomenal 10 per cent of total landline connectivity. If the trend keeps up, the last cord will be cut off in 2025. Guess which country tops in such cut-offs? Netherlands, among the first democratic countries, and the host to five international courts, has the highest rate at 25 per cent a year. Though we have no comparable data about India, one can say from anecdotal experience that this country may not be lagging far behind. A friend was heard telling another when asked about his landline number, ‘‘Which world do you live in?” Not having a landline at home and carrying multiple cellphones has become a status symbol. No wonder then that old handsets are fast giving way to the latest and trendiest smartphones. Gone are the days when only the rich and the famous could be seen showing off their fancy mobile phones. Some of us may even have good reason to take pleasure in the fact that Blackberries and iPhones have become the latest levellers. Who wouldn’t like to flaunt the same kind of mobile used by our politicians and top businessmen, after all!

Distraction

In a path of life Where I've prioritised certain things. My studies my family and RD. When I was working People said that to a working person who matters are family and gf/bf. They don't have time for others.

When I worked I gave one day to my bf and other day I spent with my friends. Catching up with everyone possible. I never gave up on my friends, they were equally important to me like RD, My better half. Now I'm giving my soul dedication to studies Cuz if I don't clear this time my dad won't be supporting me in future to study further. More them 6 subjects, and one month left for studies. There are times when the concentration level in zero and you know its waste sitting in front of book cuz nothing will go in your brain. It’s scary to talk or meet someone cuz it may lead to further distraction.

I've been composing myself. I need time to myself cuz I feel I've lost myself somewhere. Now I don't talk to much people on phone, don't even talk for long. Meanwhile I realised I've been missing RD, I so badly want to be with him.

As light is on its way;
Wish all of u a very happy diwali.

Fashion talks on my page

Have been thinking about a fashionable Post lately. So here I am finally writing on it.

Mom used to buy me and Didi clothes and we never liked what she bought, We used to find what ever she used to buy so  “out of fashion” but with changes in time we realise its like a circular process, what’s out now can be in after some years. I don’t know how people suddenly accepts what’s In and what’s Out.

When i was in college, Long skirts were so In. Colourful mix matched combo of short Kurtas and long skirts. I think it highly depend on way you carry. Long skirt may not be in, But if you carry it well, I am sure you can leave some mouths open of roadsiders. Eg. Rani in kabi alvida na kehena and Hum Tum. She looks stunning.

What’s wow to me may not be wow to others. Therefore fashion is truely about once own choice to carry what one is wearing. Some mixes fashion with comfort and other believe fashion has nothing to do with Comfort. Sexy dikhne ke liye kuch toh compromise karna padta hai Types..

Some magazine shows What was hot and what was so not hot. They take detail note of all celebrity wears in some parties and later gossip about what went wrong are what was “ohh so right” and later apply the same style statement.

Didn’t you see Priyanka Chopra in one of the adds of shampoos ( i think some dandruff shampoo), where strap of her top suddenly falls and then she is so muddled, one second later she smiles, lets her hair down and make a tank top out of sleeve top. Gosh!!!

Some more updates..

Mann ka radio.. acha you guys too saw Himesh ka face expression when he sings “Mann ka radio” he has weird/no expression for Krishna sake =)). gam ko bhulke jeele tu jara.. Bolta toh hai, but he looks like as if he is singing that song in so much pain and frustration, now a days we don’t even see him in cap- his lucky charm has gone dhan tan tan taaaann. Dichiyaun!!  :D

Atif Aslam  has been singing so much lately that i am kinda done with his voice., Ab ye Dil mange More.. Hunt shuru karo bhai. The singer of Tum Miley sound so fresh, If I am not wrong it has to be Bombay Vikings,

Please Don’t Download all the songs of ..oh yes its out!!! madsi told me, songs of “Ajab prem ki gajab kahani” only two or three songs are nice. If you like loads of beats and little tranci type get yourself pampered with songs of Acid Factory, its just awesomeeeeeee specially the remix of Jab andhera hota hai.

Till then Enjoy, have fun I will be back soon.

Aaj kal ke beggars

Every day I travel by taxi and I see beggars in traffic signals. I wonder are they pretending or they really are what they showing. I have seen the movie traffic signal in which the female carries a kid, pretending to be her mother in order to gain sympathy of people stuck on traffic signals

Once I came across this Incident.

I was on my way to Hospital for physiotherapy, I saw a lady with a wounded child in signal. The lady was dressed like one of those of normal beggars and was carrying a empty tube of medicine in her hand and the child in other hand (supporting her waist). I was thinking what will she do of the money?? Will she really buy a medicine or give in to the collectors so that she gets her share and forget about the wounded child.

The movie has opened our eyes towards the beggars industry. We know what's the working mechanism and how falsely they portray themselves to gain sympathy. But what about the one who are naturally handicapped, badly need some money to buy a meal, What if we disregard them thinking them one of the subject of play called “begging”..

Guess what happened when out of sympathy i gave the lady 5 bucks, she gave me back and said “5 rupiya main dawai kaise kharidu?” (how do i buy medicine in 5 bucks). I took the money she left from the window in my taxi seat and by then taxi proceeded to its normal way.

I saw her next day, I see her even now.

Aaj kal ke beggars ke bhau bahut bhad gaye, if we give them one Ruppee they return us back.. berojgari itni bhi nahi hai, I m sure they can find job, kuch nahi toh work as maid or labour in some construction site rather than begging.. But lazy, crazy beggars.

I hate Kids

I hate kids. Yes rd loves them and wants to have a cricket team.. but Please. I don’t like kids. I don’t mind having a discipline kids around who keeps quite doesn’t do much shor sharaba and obeys when said anything.

Some kids are so smart, they don’t fiddle with things around in other’s house and some kids they can’t help exploring all the secrets in my house!!!

Yes guess who is home?? My sheitaan Cousins. Having hard time cause they are damn naughty, I know kids are suppose to be naughty but still.

Like we, Me, sis and bro, we are brought up in very strict environment. No talking loud, No loud tv and no tv after ten at night but we still used to mute and watch so that dad doesn’t realise we are still awake. I realised what he did to us that time was nice. Atleast when we were guest at others house we sat quite in one place we were shown to sit, spoke less to strangers and giggled less. In short well mannered, behaved.

May be now that we are grown up we can’t imagine us being so naughty, we were but still I think kids discipline totally matter upon their upbringings. If parents are strict to their kids, Kids will learn manners ,. What say people?

Tuition buddies

M Shit late as usual for tuition. Thank god i made two tuition frens who keeps place for me in class. One is a short height guy. And other one tall with beautiful eyes. I've been noticing this short height guy since his first class in same tuition. He has a very different presentation, wears Fuck bangles, has this good english accent , wears gogs or even cute cap. Has his ears pierced. Only thing lacking is he should have a tattoo in his arms for tat he should have to go to gym for buying good arms.

After long time of me noticing him and he noticing me ( we three are back benchers) and smiling to each other one day he sat beside me and started talking. Since then We've been sitting together . At least I've come to call and ask wat tuition class do we have, is sir coming or class is cancel. The chotu one asked me out for party which i refrained.. I thoughts its ok to be in class. He is decent enough to be good class mate, we have nice time. The guy with beautiful eyes, well i got to know he blogs too. I haven't given him my link and will never. I hope he doesn't find out. He looks like emran khan is his fb dp.
Emran khan is already committed .. Awwww all his g-fan. He is cute. His video of pappu can't dance always peps me up. Even today morning this song was playing.
Calcuta is so far so good. There are times when i crib a lot. About people only talking in bengali not knowing english. About weather, pathetic . I miss Banglore for this reason. Abt less pub and too crowed city. But shopping is good here. Every gal's favourite spot.

Updates- i wanted wanted movie.. Fida on salman's role.. he is shit hot

something to deal with love

Read something really nice on Amit's blog. Felt like sharing here and making you bloggie enjoy too..

A: Just learn the four most important words in any marriage - " I'll do the dishes!"

2) How can you make sure a man is happy with a woman (and vice versa) in any relationship?
A: To make a man happy, you must understand him and love him a little. To make a women happy, you must love her a lot and try not to understand her at all.

3) How can you make sure your wife always stay at home with you?
A: When I got married, i simply told my wife - "I will always be with you, if you leave this home, i would follow you." She never left me.

4) Which is the best thing money can buy in love?
A: The most beautiful, natural, wholesome thing money can buy in love is SEX :D

5) What is the inter-relationship of love and sex in life?
A: Love is the final answer, but while you are waiting for the answer to reach you; Sex raises some pretty good questions.

6) Why love is treated entirely a matter of chemistry?

8) Which is easier to be - a husband or a lover?
A: It is easier to be a lover. Reason, it is more difficult to be witty everyday than to say pretty things from time to time.

Drunk n lost . .

My head is spinning around

All I wanna do is join the crowd

I don't know who they are

I wink at them and walk to the bar.

Cuz m drunk and oh yes its feeling awesome so far

The trance pierces my head

The disc lights glow and fade

I complain I can't see clear

I smile as I think it really doesn't matter.

Cause m drunk and its feeling great
