I thoroughly enjoyed being back at Basgiath and getting to binge this collection of Threshing Day stories. It is such a nice little treat while we wait for Book 4.
REVIEW: The Lies We Leave Behind by Noelle Salazar
Sandy M’s review of The Lies We Leave Behind by Noelle Salazar
Historical Fiction published by MIRA 05 Nov 24
I learned about this book from my 26-year-old niece. I think she just happened across it and decided to give it a try. She loved it, but she did have one issue with it. I dug into it myself, wondering if I’d have the same issue.
REVIEW: The Mirror of Infinite Endings by Stephanie Garber
Kaitlyn‘s review of The Mirror of Infinite Endings (Once Upon a Broken Heart, Book 4) by Stephanie Garber
Young Adult Fantasy published by Flatiron Books 22 Sep 26
I absolutely loved being back in The Magnificent North and getting more Jacks and Evangeline. This series is perfection and having a little extra time with their story is truly magical.
REVIEW: Wild About You by Madison Score
Sandy M’s review of Wild About You by Madison Score
Contemporary Romance published by That’s What She Said Publishing 27 Aug 26
I’ve been reading Lucy Score for several years now, and when I learned her sister is also a published author, I told myself I need to check out her works. Well, it took me a bit to finally do that. But I am so very happy I did with her latest release.
REVIEW: The Sweetest Fiend by Raven Kennedy
Kaitlyn‘s review of The Sweetest Fiend (Played by the Piper, Book 1) by Raven Kennedy
Romantic Fantasy published by Avon 22 Sep 26
I flew too close to the sun and binged too many romantasy books to where they started to feel very repetitive. I love the genre, but I’m a little pickier with the ones I read now. That being said, I really enjoyed The Sweetest Fiend.
REVIEW: Picture This by Devney Perry
Sandy M’s review of Picture This by Devney Perry
Contemporary Romance Short Story published by Amazon Original Stories 18 Aug 26
I’m usually not a fan of short stories or novellas – I just like more content to sink my romance teeth into. But this is Devney Perry, who, in my opinion, can do no wrong.
REVIEW: Dead Beat by Leigh Bardugo
Kaitlyn‘s review of Dead Beat (Ninth House, Book 3) by Leigh Bardugo
Fantasy published by Flatiron Books 15 Sep 26
No spoilers, but Dead Beat is absolute perfection. It is everything my heart could have desired in a dark academia, urban fantasy. This is a book I know I’ll be thinking about for a while. And aren’t those the best kind? The ones you can’t get out of your head for weeks, that leave an imprint on you for quite some time.
REVIEW: Twilight Tides by Samantha Young
Sandy M’s review of Twilight Tides (Scottish Isles, Book 3) by Samantha Young
Contemporary Romance published by Samantha Young 16 Jul 26
I am always enamored of Samantha Young’s characters. They usually have so much depth before we even meet them, thanks to their pasts and trials and tribulations. London and Murray are no different, and when you add in a convenient marriage with suspense and danger, you have a book you can’t put down.

The Knave and the Moon is everything I hoped for and more.
