Parker and Cassidy spent a week so along with Cole Rilee and Oakley we learned how to cook in the mornings and in the afternoons it was time to play in the water. We managed to do both very well. We even fit in a birthday lunch for Cole and Parker at the local Mexican Restaurant. That's what you do in the summer.
We love the 4th of July. We as always like to do as much as we can to have fun and spend time with each other. This year was no different, Wednesday night Dustin and family arrived we had a BQ and some fireworks saving a few for Thanksgiving of course. Thursday morning bright and early Dustin, Jake's family along with Jess, Jaxon and Tally Logan was working went to Idaho Falls to the parade. After the parade and lunch at Carino's (Brent had a coupon for the kids to eat free okay considering we had 7 of them) we headed to the Rexburg Rapids for swimming. Then home Brent and I had to let the young ones go for round three they left went to the movie in Pocatello and then fireworks.

Summer is officially here!! We were able to make the trip to Mackay for opening day of fishing and fun. Dustin made the trip from SLC and Jake's family was on hand for all the fun. This year Cassidy designed and colored t-shirts for the happy campers. The weather cooperated with only one rain storm during the night.
