Sunday night Tanner and Nathan were playing on the floor and Tanner decided he wanted to walk along the couch! Can you believe this child is only 7 months old? Or maybe I should say, can you believe he is already 7 months old?! I know babies grow up fast, but he has grown up WAY fast. On the plus side, maybe he'll be potty trained sooner...like by the time he is two! :-) I can always hope.....

Two Cute Boys
Galley Girl
This is for all my fellow Galley friends--Sarah, Kelly, Anna.....and anyone else! I thought it would be fun to get a picture in front with Tanner. Kind of a picture combining my past and present lives. I wish I could have gone and seen JoLynn and Steve and Chris, but they weren't there, and even if they were, Steve definitely wouldn't have remembered me. Oh well. It was fun walking around campus with Nathan and Tanner. I am really excited to go back and walk around during the summer when it's warm and there are people there and the gardens are in full bloom!
By the way, our jaunt to BYU-Idaho was during Christmas break. I just haven't been able to post pics on the blog until now for some reason. The few that have been loaded on since then were done by my dear, sweet husband at his work.

Tanner and Whitney (Bonnie's Cousin)
Checkbook Daddy-O

So I laid Tanner on the living room floor this week while I worked in the kitchen. He was so quiet and good that I decided to see what was up. He had found all our our boxes of checks on the floor (we are still in the process of putting things away), and had even figured out how to open one of the boxes. He was happily playing with my books of checks--which fortunately were checks from a previous account from before I was married. He hadn't opened up our box of current checks. :-) Anyway, one of his favorite past times these past few days has been to zip around the apartment in his walker, holding onto his checkbook.
His other new favorite toys are an (old) cell phone and my car keys. This little guy wastes no time in learning how to enjoy some of the finer things in life!
