I haven't updated our blog in a very very long time. We have been without the internet for way too long and finally have it back. Of course it comes with with the price of living with Jon's parents. The beggining of october we decided we were going to rent our house out. A week later we had renters and two weeks later we had the basement finished and moved completely out of the house. It has been with out a doubt the most stressful month of my life. Jon and I worked on the house everyday from eight in the morning to well past midnight everyday for two weeks. We were so busy that I completely forgot I had class to go to this week and just completely missed two of my biology classes. Who does that? Miss class because you forgot to go. Anyway my life has been a bit hectic but thankfully our renters moved in today and it is all over. I'm so excited to think about something else other than my house, and to actually get to spend some quality time with Jon and Gracie again.

Jon and I have been re-doing our basement getting it all spick and span for some renters that are moving in. Aparantly Jon got a piece of dry wall in his eye and had to go get it removed by a doctor that required flipping his eyelid inside out and some yellow dye. Of course he never tells me these things so when I walked in the door and saw him for the first time I thought an alien was taking over my husband. I thought he looked so freaky that I had to take a picture of it. It ended up looking just like a mug shot. We both thought it was pretty funny.

This was Gracie's first "real" haloween! She was a butterfly We went trick or treating for the first time and she thought it was the coolest thing that has ever happened to her. The first few houses she was slightly confused as to why all of these people were just handing her candy....but it didn't take long for her to get the gist of things. She started saying to everyone "treat please." The "trick" part wasn't the inportant part of trick or treating, she wanted to get down to business. We all thought it was pretty funny.

These pictures are a little outdated because sadly, our camera broke and we have yet to get a new one. So these are the most recent we have downloaded to our computer. Hopefully I'll be able to update them soon.

These are a few of Gracie's habite we'll have to eventually brake. She is way too obsessed with her blanket and her bottle.

This was Gracie's 1st birthday party. It was a ton of fun although I think I enjoyed it more than she did. I even baked the elephant cake all by myself which was a first.
I love having a cute little family!

Isn't she just the cutest little girl ever? I just love her to death!
