The IN-Famous Christmas post
Okay, we'll make this quick. Nobody looks good in "morning of" Christmas photos, so we won't be posting those. I'll just post a few activities that we did.
Starting off with some Christmas cookies.

My sister Camille invited us to her work Christmas breakfast, where Santa paid a visit.

Here's the kids throwing some reindeer food outside.
And, of course, no Christmas would be complete without a letter to Santa. I had Avery dictate a letter for me, but that video was way too long for anyone to want to watch it. I'll summarize the letter for you...
Dear Mr. Claus, I mean Santa,
I want a Darbie (which is a barbie). I want Cinderella darbie and Snow White darbie and Sleeping Beauty and the Beast. But you need a chair to sit on. And you are not coming to my house, but it will be so fun if you do and leave us presents, but you are too busy. I saw you on TV and you fell on your sleigh and I saw your pants fall down (we had watched Miracle on 34th street that morning.) Please come to my birthday party.
Love,
Avery, The End.
Avery was completely shocked that Santa actually did come that night and leave her Darbies. We had a fantastic Christmas and hope everyone else did too!

...Because I Love You
Look at me! Another blog post! I have two stories that I thought were pretty hilarious that you might enjoy. It's no surprise to anyone who is around me that since having a baby, my pants just don't fit the way they used to. Quite often when I bend over a little more shows than anyone wants to see. My kids find this very funny and always let me know they can see my butt. Well, tonight I was bending down trying to plug the printer into the outlet and it was a pretty tight fit (seriously, my arm fell asleep.) Cameron was giggling at me...nothing new. After I finished I was talking to Keith, then I looked down at Cameron who had pulled his diaper part way down and was bending down looking under the desk where I had just plugged in the printer. Fortunately for him, his crack is much cuter than mine!
Keith was going to the bathroom and for some reason Avery always decides that she needs to go when he gets in there. The woes of only having one bathroom. Avery was sitting outside the door waiting for him. This was their conversation through the door:
Avery: Dad! I have to go potty!
Keith: Okay! I'll try to hurry, don't go in your panties!
Avery: I won't, but don't flush the toilet because I love you and I will pee in your pee because I love you!!
Stop. What was that Avery? You will pee in his pee because you love him? Yes, I do believe all those Disney movies have taught her the meaning of true love.
What characters

A New Year, A New Blog
So, I decided that I really need to blog more. I thought the way to get me into this was to make a change. As you can see, I change my heading (pretty spiffy huh?) And I was working on changing my background to a very cute Valentine's Day one. I thought, if I give my blog a makeover than maybe I'll want to blog more, and of course people will want to read it more. You're probably thinking, "um, your blog looks the same...with the exception of the incredibly cute picture." I know, I tried and I tried but the very cute Valentine's Day background just doesn't want to work. So we're stuck with this. And now, to get caught up...
Avery turned FOUR!! I can't believe she's going to e in Kindergarten next year. She had a great birthday with great friends and lots of presents!
Next came Halloween, which I don't have any pictures of because we still didn't have our camera back.
Then ten days later came Ellimae. She's such a good baby. I could easily do triplets if they were all like her. But I doubt they would be, so that's not going to happen.
Five days after Elli, Cameron turned TWO!
Cameron is a sweetheart...when he wants to be. Most of the time he's pretty grumpy, but we couldn't imagine life without him!
Shortly after that, THANKSGIVING!!! We stayed home and had our own thanksgiving dinner as a family. Then went bowling!! (Bowling was actually not that fun, the kids were out of control and we left before the game was over carrying three crying kids)

All ready to eat!

He's really workin' those bowling shoes.
After Thanksgiving we were busy with the end of semester check outs and finals. Then came CHRISTMAS!!! Here's just a sneak peek of what's to come...I'll be blogging Christmas in a separate post, as soon as I upload the pics off my camera.

Guilty
I hate it when people don't update their blogs and here I am almost a year later updating mine. The problem is that I don't take pictures and I don't have any good stories to tell. Our camera has been on the fritz for a while and we've sent it in four times now to get fixed. Hopefully this is the last time and hopefully it will be done before the baby comes. It's also not convenient that I can only upload pictures on our laptop and Keith usually has it with him at school. Anyway, I'll work on it. I do have pictures from Avery's birthday, look for those in the near future.

A little Advice
I'm writing this post on our desktop which does not have any pictures on it, so this post won't have any either. Once I get a hold of our laptop I will finish the Christmas post. Even if it's in April or June, I will do it. I'm writing because I have a little advice. Here goes...
Don't let your laundry pile up. I know, you already know this. But you never know when the spin cycle is going to go out on your washer and the repair guy isn't going to be able to come for a couple days and if you haven't kept up on your laundry you might (or perhaps your children) could be in a serious predicament.
You might be thinking, wow, that's pretty specific, do you know first hand about this? And the answer is why, yes, yes I do. Poor Avery does not have any clean clothes, except dresses but her leggings are dirty. And Cameron only has pajamas. Keith is down to the last of the "unmentionables."
We're hoping the repair man doesn't postpone.

Catching up
I went to my blog the other day for some reason that I can't remember and noticed that the last post I did was of the freaky kid pictures. I was pretty shocked that it had been so long. Not to mention the fact that it still had the Thanksgiving background. So here I am trying to catch up. Since there is so much, I'm going to keep the commentary to a minimum.
Our lovely Thanksgiving turkey, which tasted delicious until we noticed that it wasn't cooked all the way through.
The traditional "carving of the turkey" photo.
After Thanksgiving we were off to "sunny" California to visit my family. I say "sunny" in quotes because it actually rained seven of the nine days we were there. It was still a well needed vacation and a ton of fun.
Cameron LOVES the broom. It, however, doesn't love him back. It often hits him in the head, trips him and has even been the cause of him falling down the stairs. I have no clue why he isn't wearing any pants.
We made sugar cookies with the kids but Avery isn't wearing a shirt in any of the pictures. Again, I have no clue why. I know she isn't wearing clothing in most pictures, but I feel that she's a little too old now to have those pictures paraded online.
Because my nephew, Conner, was fully dressed, he gets the privilege of demonstrating the cookie decorating.
Later, we went to the Discovery Center in San Diego. The kids LOVED it! I wish we had a place like this around here.
Playing with blocks with Aunt Kara.

Giant blocks
Cam loved this mirror. I couldn't get him away from it.

We're pretty sure Cameron has a future in sand wheel design. There is a market for that, isn't there?
I could have played with these sand wheels all day.

Is it bad that I thought it was so funny that Cameron couldn't get the beach ball. He was so close, yet so far. He wasn't blessed with his mom's monkey arms, instead he has his dad's T-Rex arms and couldn't quite make it.
It's my own fault for getting so behind, but I'm going to call it quits tonight. I'm tired and blogging stresses me out (which is why I don't do it very often).
To be continued...
