Christmas 2009

We were very blessed this Christmas as always. We had lots of fun spending time with family and friends and of course have really enjoyed our boys this year. They got to help mommy and grandma decorate sugar cookies, we had our annual pajama party, and got to spend Christmas Eve with my parents and their aunt, uncles, and cousin Michael. And they got spoiled rotten with all their new toys and loot! We all went to Christmas Eve Mass as a family and the boys stayed awake and Logan sang sweetly during Church...he is getting so grown up. We are also very blessed this year and looking forward to our new addition to the family in April:)

Thanksgiving in Colorado

We went to Lance's aunt A.J. and uncle Rod's for Thanksgiving this year and met his parents and grandmother there. The boys got to ride a horse with Lance's cousin Tinley, played with cousin Chad who became Logan's buddy, and got to see the deer and lamas! They had quite the adventure in Colorado.

Sledding in Colorado

Thanks to Lance's Uncle Rod, the boys got to go sledding down the snowy hill while we were in Colorado for Thanksgiving. The boys sledded for about an hour or so before they finally decided they were tired and cold...they loved it though and we had so much fun listening to them giggle and trudge up the hill. Logan even drug Landen on the sled back up the hill a few times.

Halloween 2009--Our little racecar drivers

The boys dressed up as Dale Earnhardt, Jr. ( I know what a shock ). They also drove around to a few houses in their Jr. racecar with daddy following behind until it got dark. They really had a good time and loved their costumes this year!

Mud swimming pool

Don't Play in the MUD!!

Told the boys they could go outside with me, if they stayed on the porch because our backyard is a marsh after all the rains storms. But, as I was "sinking" in our garden picking veggies....the boys dove in head first in the mud. Logan said he was swimming and Landen just giggled. I laughed so hard I couldn't even get on to them, but they did get hosed off in the yard when I was done taking pictures for their daddy!

The Birthday Party

As you can all see Landen had a great 1st b-day party...special thanks to all of you who could come! We had a lot of fun. Landen thoroughly enjoyed being the center of attention and being sang to. The cake (fresh apple made by grandma) was a hit he ate the whole little cake we gave him, the last picture is what was left of the cake when he finished...just a few crumbs.
