Well well, thought you'd gotten rid of me huh?? Haha yes, I'm waaaaay behind on the blogging. All is going great...I have 3 new cousins with 2 on the way...Molly is finally talking and telling me what she wants (in one word..followed by blahblahblah) it's so nice! Luke's foot is healing nicely though he is still wearing a boot on it..we will know for sure at his doc appointment next week...oh and for those of you who don't know, he accidently shot himself in the foot. Yep..it's true. Molly and I were at my niece, Izzy's bday party in Coleman when it happened. That was almost 3 weeks ago I think. Just this morning I picked up one of our decorative couch pillows and noticed that it was burned and some of the synthetic fibers had been melted..so there was a long line of black on the pillow..we think that the bullet grazed it after it went through Luke's foot (fyi..we never found the bullet..Luke is obsessed). Anyway, school is going good and Molly is doing great right now..a little bit of sinus drainage, but otherwise fine. She is a princess fanatic...we watch alot of Sleeping Beauty (she calls it Aurora) and The Little Mermaid (also called Aurora..or something very similar). I caught myself humming the "once upon a dream" song during class yesterday..soooo annoying. We are out of school today due to bad weather (in Sulphur not Ardmore..hurray!) so M and I are at home taking it easy...I LOVE IT! Oh to be a stay at home mom :( I have a lot coming up at school...I somehow got nominated to be in charge of getting students enrolled in and transported to curriculum contests..we have one in a week and another in March. I'm also putting together a science fair for my freshmen which I'm nervous about. For one, I've never put together a science fair and two, I've gotten 3 scientists from the Noble Foundation in Ardmore to come judge it and I'm worried that my kids won't try their hardest and we will embarrass ourselves. AHHHH 15 year olds!! Well, Molly is wanting a snack (cookie is her word for all food btw).

Little Lady
Molly cracks me up!!! Yesterday she was thumbing through my US Weekly...yes, she was thumbing through it, not just ripping it to shreds. She looked over each page and then would go on to the next one..occasionally something would catch her eye and she would rip it out..it wouldn't have been nearly as cute if I hadn't already finished reading it (she did the same thing to Luke's new gun magazine..he wasn't too happy).
The other day I bought Molly her first Veggie Tale movie..she's still too young for it but I thought I'd get a collection started. She didn't stay interested in watching it for too long but each time she looked at the movie cover she would fall over laughing.
She is very much into giving kisses..which consists of pursing her lips and then licking or trying to suck on whatever it is she wants to kiss. This morning we were snuggling after I got her out of bed then she sat up and kissed my nose..sooo sweet but slobbery and kinda gross. I say that is was kinda gross because later this afternoon I was sitting in the recliner reading a book and noticed that Molly was quiet..I looked down in time to catch her give my big toe a big fat slobbery kiss. Yeah...now that is gross..on her part and on mine!
I mentioned in my last post that she has become very talkative...well today we were getting our daily dose of Mickey Mouse Clubhouse and of course I always sing along with the songs but today I didn't have to. Molly sang and sang and sang (or made a melodic noise). There is a part in the song where they do a roll call of the characters that is spoken not sung..Donald, Daisy, Goofy, Pluto, Minnie, and Mickey. At this point, Molly just jabbered away as loud as she could then went back to singing whenever the the song continued..it was soooo cute..maybe she will have a little bit of musical ability unlike her mama.

New Pics
Well it's less than a month until Molly's 1st birthday..I look back on the past year and it seems to have flown by..however, soooooo much has happened in my life since Molly was born. We giving her a Mickey Mouse bday party, well two actually. One for my family (so they don't have to drive all the way to Ardmore) and one for our family and friends here in Ardmore. If you've ever tried to find Mickey Mouse Clubhouse decorations you know that if you don't snatch them up asap then you might not find anymore for a loooong time. I've looked at Wal-Mart a hundred times and FINALLY found the exact number of everything that I needed...I cleaned them out. I tried to look up Mickey decor online but that was too expensive. Molly LOVES Mickey Mouse...she sings to his songs and can spot anything Mickey Mouse everywhere she goes.
Speaking of singing...Molly has started singing like a mad woman in church..it's adorable and everyone loves it. I'm not so sure they love the fact that she talks all through church though. This just started last week during our gospel meeting. This child has never chatted this much...I can NOT get her to hush...the pacifier doesn't even work. She talks to the people in front of us, to the ceiling, to her shoes, you name it and she can carry on a conversation with it...could she be of Pannell descent? She's just getting more talkative all together...she was just in the floor jabbering away to her Mickey book...hehehe. She also grabbed her hairbrush the other day and brushed her hair and she tried to brush her own teeth this morning...such a big girl. She's not walking on her own yet, however, she wants to run so she always ends up face-planting on the ground...she has a new bruise on her head about every other day..poor baby.
I'm out of school for the summer...I'm starting my second full week of vacation!! It's been wonderful...I haven't done a whole lot..duh! Hopefully Luke will get Molly's pool blown up tomorrow and she can splash around and I can sunbathe some...my legs are transparent..it's embarassing!
Well here are some pics of Molly...they came off of my phone so they might be a bit blurry!

Aww..sweet baby..she actually had a double ear infection in this pic.

Molly and Daddy tired after playing

She loves to chug water...

The toybox was being used as a barrier between where she plays and where she isn't allowed to go...this was a ploy that she used used to hop (or fall rather) over the side of the box to get to the prohibited area.

Mobile Baby!
Molly started crawling on Sunday and she has been going full force ever since! I've taken lots of video recently but I have to figure out how to plug my video camera into my computer before I can post it.
Not only does Molly crawl but she has found her voice! Luke tried on Monday to get her to say da-da...of course, it's a bit early for all of that but she did pick up on the da sound. So now she's constantly crawling around going da da da da da da da da...Luke is thrilled! Molly turned this babble into song at church tonight..it was singing night so everytime we would start singing she would let loose streams of baby babble that were sporadically interrupted by very loud spitting noises...it was adorable and she entertained everyone! Here are some pics that we took the last time we went to Mom's.

I'm Baaack!!
Hehe..okay so we are back to blogging! We have moved into our new rent house in Ardmore and boy are we relieved! We have plenty of space..so much, in fact, that we don't have enough furniture. It's amazing to not be able to fill up a house. Molly FINALLY has her own room and Luke and I can walk downstairs to the den to watch tv and not disturb her at night. It's so nice. School is busy busy as usual but I'm having fun with my freshies and I'm planning on teaching again next year.
Molly is starting to crawl! Well actually she gets on her hands and knees and tries with all her might to go forward but it hasn't happened yet. It's really funny..she grunts and turns red in the face with her effort then she'll give up and scoot back onto her bottom...but we clap and give her kisses for trying. She is back into the spitting stage. She initially started out spitting like you see people spitting outside..gross yeah..then she progressed to blowing her lips and getting just a little spit everywhere and now she has discovered that she can make a HUGE mess if she sticks out her tongue and blows...it's crazy! Last week we were in Coleman visiting and she was playing with Granddad in the floor when she started pulling his hair. Well, I've just recently started telling her no and stop. I'm beginning to wonder if I should've started earlier because now she cries everytime I tell her to stop something or if I say no. I have a feeling she's gonna be a bit of a mess..and soon. The little stinker is fighting her morning and afternoon naps when she's at her Grandma's during the day, so when I get her she's a terror. The poor thing, she's miserably sleepy but it's like pulling teeth to get her to go down for naps. On a happier note, she is growing some hair finally! She no longer looks like she has a bad toupee, or however you spell it. I have to get some pics and video up soon...I know, I know!
Luke and I watched Fireproof last week...it was good..I cried..as to be expected..and I laughed at some of the cheesy acting. Overall, it was a good movie and I definitely recommend that everyone sees it once!

Team Jacob!!
Okay, so I'm gonna go uber-nerd on ya for a sec....in less than 12 hours I will be sitting in a theater with 2 of my closest friends watching the must see movie of the season...TWILIGHT!!! I can't wait to see it...I'm sooooo excited! My cousin Kim and our friend Amber are going to Sherman to watch the 10:20 show. I'm definitely not looking forward to waiting in line to get a good seat but it'll be well worth it. To add to the nerdiness, I'm wearing my Team Jacob shirt to school (FYI: Jacob is a character in the book that gets caught up in a love triangle with a human girl and a vampire...yeah, it's hot). I've had lots of students comment on it....good things (we love Jacob!) and bad things (why aren't you on team Edward *glare glare glare*??). Ahhhh, the irrational, unreasonable behaviors a book-turned-movie can spark!!! Gotta love it..
Molly and I are going to spend the night in Coleman (Mom is watching M. while I'm at the movies) tonight and will be heading to Kiowa until Monday. Molly has a doctor appointment Monday morning in McAlester..she will be getting some shots..yay, can't wait for that.
We also have a busy Thanksgiving schedule. We will be spending turkey day at Luke's sister's for the T-Day she has planned for her dad and siblings then Friday we are going to Luke's Mom's for the T-Day that she has planned for her and the kids. Saturday we will be spending all day in Coleman for that get together. Molly's gonna be worn smooth out!

November
I can't believe it's already November!! Luke and I celebrated our one year anniversary on Saturday. Sometimes it seems like time has flown by but then I take a look back on my pregnancy and I feel like it has taken forever for the past year to go by. We went to Tulsa with Dave and Liz this weekend just to get away ( and have some babysitters on hand..hehe). Dave preaches in Tulsa once a month so the four of us went up on Saturday and stayed until Sunday afternoon. D & L watched Molly Saturday night so that Luke and I could go to dinner...it was sooooo nice! We also went to the mall and to Bass Pro (which Molly loved..so much to look at) and ate out several times. It was alot of fun! Mom and I had Molly's pictures taken in McAlester about 3 weeks ago so I've put some up for your enjoyment. She has already changed so much since we've had them taken but they're still adorable!
