Saturday Walks

I've been trying to get outside to walk and get a little work out in.  

I need to get back into shape.  But it's so darn hot still!  

But Saturdays after I pick up our bountiful basket Marshall and I go for a long walk

while daddy sleeps in.  We usually go feed the ducks which is about 3.5 miles.

I was getting some water and snacks and told Marshall to go get his hat and sunglasses.

He came back with the hat on backwards and the sunglasses upside down.

Oh Marshall Man you crack me up!!

Anniversary Celebration

On Thursday Mark brought me a piece of cake and some of my favorite treats to my work.  

He also gave me a certificate for a pedicure and I went that afternoon - oh so nice!

On Friday my parents and grandparents met us as Tuacahn for Aladdin.  

We ate a quick dinner and then enjoyed the show - it as really good!!

The only bummer was that Mark has been sick all weekend.  But he was a trooper.

Saturday we went to the temple and it's always neat to be there with three generations.

I got a little emotional thinking it's kind of four generations with the baby.  

What better place to celebrate an anniversary than at the temple.

The sealing bonds of eternity are amazing!

Happy 62 years to grandma and papa.

Happy 30 years to my mom and dad.

Happy 9 years to me and Mark.

Hope we live long enough to celebrate 62 years together!

9 Years Together

9 years ago I married a wonderful man.

He is patient and loving - funny and outgoing.

He has taught me to slow down and enjoy every minute of life.

He cleans the house and does the laundry without being asked.

He supports me in all my crazy plans and to-do lists.

I am so grateful I met a man with the same goals as I have.

Someone I can love more every day and spend eternity with.

I am generally not a mushy, publicly lovey kinda girl.

But today... I want to say Mark I love you.
