Our family trip this summer was to San Antonio - we had a GREAT time!!! We stayed in the Menger Hotel on the river walk - it was perfect! Rayce loved walking and eating on the river walk - he could not get over that a bird would just land right on your table. His favorite part of San Antonio was SEA WORLD!!! We went with the Ritchey family - which is Rayce's best friend Hayden. Needless to say the boys had a blast getting splashed by Shamu, trying to jump in with the dolphins, cooling off with the penguins and looking at the sharks with daddy.

Watermelon and the pool - Life is good!!

Okay...so it has been forever since I have updated the blog. So I will be putting all of our summer fun up soon! One of our favorite things this summer was the $8 pool - WE LOVED IT!!!!! It was greatness!!! The only problem was that Rayce HAD TO HAVE watermelon to eat after swimming in the pool!!! So needless to say we ate a ton of yummy watermelon this summer!!!!

Uncle Ty is playing for STATE!!!!

We have spent the last four weekends traveling to watch the Falcons play - we have loved every minute of it! We are so VERY EXCITED to travel again this weekend to watch them play for STATE!!!

Uncle Ty - We are so proud of you!!! It has been a blast watching and cheering for your Falcons. What a great way to spend your birthday weekend - playing for STATE!!! We will be there yelling for the Falcons and most importantly for COACH MAYFIELD!!!!!!!

I am 2 years old!!!!

Rayce is a big kid - he is two! Holy cow - time really does fly!!!

Rayce had a great time at his birthday party. We went with an airplane theme which was good because all of the dads got to play in the yard and throw airplanes the whole time. Dustin spent part of the party on the roof because some of the planes or pilots were a little crazy. Rayce LOVED the bounce house!! It is so weird for me to think back to last year and how much he has grown and changed - heck this year he ate one bite of cake and was back outside playing. He is just getting so big!!!!

Coloring - I can draw a cirlce now!

Rayce loves to color! He colors in the house but his favorite is on the driveway with the sidewalk chalk. So needless to say by the end of the day we are covered from head to toe in chalk -since we just lay right down in it!!!! This past weekend when we were coloring - he started drawing circles - holy cow he is getting big!!!!

Halloween Fun!!

Last Wednesday was Hallelujah Night. Downtown is closed off and they sit up a ton of booths, bounce houses, climbing walls, cake walks and hay rides. It was a great time for everyone. Rayce loved seeing all of the kids and of course the CANDY!!!! I think his favorite was the hay ride!!! On Halloween night we took Rayce to Trick or Treat early and then we handed out candy. He loved all the costumes - even the scary ones!!! On Sunday morning he keep asking where all the kids were... he thought they might be coming back.

BOO in the ZOO!!!

The zoo had a great event this past Saturday where the kids were able to Trick or Treat and see the animals - it was a blast!!! Rayce did not last long in his Dragon suit because he was HOT!!! Mom and Dad were here and got to enjoy Rayce and the ZOO! We had a great visit with Papa, Grandma and Derby - we were sad to see them leave. We love you!
