Survivor Party

It started out like any typical birthday party with pizza.....

and presents.....

But then we started the games:) The Lime Green Team (minus Brynlee Barker...not there yet)

The Aqua Blue Team (minus Erica Barker....not there yet)

The girls competed doing challenges for about two hours; some of the favorites were the egg toss, eating challenge, sack race, water bucket race, and the obstacle course....they were worn out by the end!

Kaylin loses during the egg toss

Kaitlyn and Olivia trying to keep their water from spilling

Waiting for the next challenge

The Eating challenge had to be the most entertaining. They ate lemons, spinach, radishes, sour gummy worms, mushrooms, and black licorice to name a few. I can't believe what troupers they were!

Bella...not liking the tomato

Emmy smoked Kaitlyn with the gummy worms (to be fair Emmy had less)

Abby and Brynlee racing with radishes

Abby lost a tooth during this challenge

Bella's about to loose it!

Eden had no problem with the lemon:)

Cheering teammates on at the obstacle course.
Bella and Erica on the balance beam nearing the end of the obstacle course.

In the end the shy Aqua Blue team beat out the loud and energetic Lime Green team, by just a few points, but everyone had a blast! It was a ton of work to put together, but so much fun!

Happy 9th Birthday Isabella! We love you:)

Four wheeling in the backyard

The kids love riding the four wheeler. Sometimes we just ride it around our small backyard:)

Spring Dance Recital 2009

Bella had so much fun in dance the past year! Her team was a lot of fun:) She performed in three dances; Jazz, Lyrical, and Ballet. Bella did awesome, we are so proud of her. She also had tryouts in June and made Mini Company this year! She is very excited to be able to grow more in dance. She also made it onto a competitive soccer team this year...we told her she's going to have to choose next year because she's breaking the bank:)

Wicked!

I'm playing catch up here! In April we took Drake and Bella to see Wicked with Theron's sister Whitne and her kids. Amazing Musical, so glad we went!
