the key is to be patient and calm

Salam.

Ok, I know, it's been a very very veryyyyy long time since my last post. Blame the anime, movie, and manga for that! XP

Just got back from our anaesthesia session from 8-12. Balik-balik terus buka blog sebab nak follow Suraya Bahar. Than I click on the first post on my list of following friends. It was posted 14 minutes ago, and I think that I should take a peek on what's going on right now.

And it was a big mistake. A big mistake indeed!

After that, I wish that I hadn't read it at all. How can that person say something like that? That was rude! Very rude! Didn't your mother teach you it's rude to 'point'? Or in this case, it's rude to say something behind someone's back (for example in a blog!)

Kalau ikutkan hati, memang nak luahkan perasaan 110% kat sini. But I keep telling myself that I will regret it later. So Nas, be patient. That person will learn his lesson someday, somehow. Now, I felt like there's a lump in my throat and I feel like crying.

That's why I hate that, urm, other gender. They have this some kind of disease that no doctor can treat. They rarely walk the talk. Cakap pandai, buat tak! Nasib badan. I have to endure it for another 2 and a half years. Sebab itu orang ramai cakap, "lelaki semakin pupus". Yang ada sekarang pun perangai bukan macam lelaki.

Tolong jangan buat perangai. Kami. Tak. Suka.
But boys will always be boys. We can do nothing about it.

Note that I am really resisting myself from telling people of whom and what am I talking about. Just realized that my world is not a fairy tale. Jadi, kena terima apa yang ada. Glad that I'm a girl though.

enjoy this Bieber song! never say never.
signing out for this year,

a trip to UK

I don't want to be rude, but it is a fact that sometimes, we bloggers just don't have the mood in updating our blog after such a long holiday. Isn't that right?

So, I won't tell much about my trip to UK. It's just that I don't regret every single bit of it. I don't even regret that I come home late compare to my friends (that must have already settle down with their family and friends here). Well, at first I was. Plus, I was having a blast there! A million thanks to keluarga auntie Sabariah and uncle Arif, our tour guide at Manchester, Liverpool, Bradford and Leeds (although it was only a free bus ride to the whole town for half an hour) and a special thanks to kak Nurul for accompany us touring the city of London!

There are some pictures at my facebook account if you guys want to check it out. I have to admit, the pictures were great! Thanks to our photographer during the whole trip (except at Bradford because of certain circumstances, he couldn't come along).

Don't be surprise, but we did shop till we drop! The price were reasonable there, and when we converted it to Genih and Ringgit, we could save a lot! Plus, there's a lot of shops having summer sales. I bought a lot of books. And I do mean a lot. Lucky that I only bring one bag and that means there's a limited amount of thing that I can put into it. So, that also means that I only can buy a limited amount of shoes, dresses and books (and I really avoided buying those deliciously-looking hard cover books) LOL.

Through this trip, I have gained a lot. New experience, new friends, and even a new outfit! Though Gig and Aindah may have gained much more than me, but with those small little things, I treasured it a lot. Missing them already, their laughs, their story, and even their smile. Nothing can replace you guys! Really! Hope that we will meet again somewhere, sometime.

If we ever meet again- Timbaland ft. Katy Perry

And when I hear this song, I will always remember them. Weird isn't it? Why you ask? One, because it is the song I never heard before. Two, the first time I listen to this song when I was in UK at some shop. And that's the reason why I will always related them to this song.

Bye and hope to see you again!

Please mind my language, but...

Ahhhhhhhh.... Malunya hari ni!!! Giler ke apa? Macam mana boleh lupa hari ni hari jumaat. Before I know it, I already started counting days according to their dates and not their day.

Keluar pagi2 buta dengan penuh semangat untuk membayar duit 200$ kat university, planning nak makan breakfast kat mcD lepas tu. Sampai je depan pintu CC, pak guard tak kasi masuk.

"Eh, pak cik ni, nak cari pasal ngan aku ke?"

Pastu pak cik tu pun berkata,

"yaummul gummah, la' maftuhah"

Ayoyoyooooo! Macam mana kau boleh lupa hari ni hari Jumaat Nas? Kan dah malu tak pasal pasal. Dengan muka cover malunya, Nas Arina dengan cool nyer blah dari situ. Control Nas, Control..

Takpe lah, esok masih ada. Nanti esok aku gi CC balik ye? Jangan give up lagi. Mood nak breakfast kat mcD pun punah begitu sahaja.. T_T

Ada lagi satu story, tapi biarlah itu menjadi rahsia antara tok guru dan saya.. hehe..

The end.

This video is dedicated to my buddies.. May Allah help us in becoming a great doctor in the future! Insya-Allah..

Have you ever..

Staying at home alone is not so bad as it seems. You got the whole house to yourself and you can do anything you like!! Okay, rest assured that I'm not the party organizer and bring-the-house-down kind of person. I mean you can cook anything you want, any time you want, sing as loud as you can, watch anime without any headphones but instead using speakers, and last but not least, you can clean the house just the way you like it without worrying about how long the cleanliness will last. You know what I mean.

But as I'm enjoying myself in this house alone, the day of my departure is getting nearer and my heart is beating faster. It's already the fifth and there are so many things to do and so little time. I have yet to find a musyrif (a companion) to company me to the bus station at the early morning of the eighth. Also I have yet to pay the 200 bucks to the university. It will be a hot, sweaty and long process I tell you.

*sigh* =.=

But despite all that, I enjoy living here. And I am looking forward of having a sight seeing at UK! The birth place of my sister. Can't be so sure that I'm going to visit Newcastle though, but I'll try.

There are so many things I want to do there! For example, riding a roofless two storey bus while observing the city of London will be a great experience for me.

Hope that I won't forget to charge my camera and of course to bring the camera with!

What to bring? Some clothing, food, tit bits, camera, cellphone, charger.. the list is endless! But got to make sure that I leave the house in sparkle clean, all windows and doors are locked, and the electrical appliances have been switch off.

Got to remember to bring a journal with me there 'cause there won't be any internet connection and I won't be able to update my blog. My family sure want to know about all the places that I have visited there!

That is all for today's report.

And this is a song that we haven't heard for a long time..

Lonely

Yeah, I'm lonely right now. Most of my friends have already arrived at Malaysia or on their way. Here I am, typing anything that came to this little head of mine, into this blog.

But, I'm not that alone though, don't worry about me. There some, who didn't go back to our home country and I can spend my remaining time here, with them. 8th of August will be my deadline.

And hey, I have a lot of things to do before the beginning day of my big adventure to UK. Chores to do, laundry to wash and a whole lot of things to be pack! Hope that all goes well.

Lesson number three: Here, everywhere is a rubbish bin. And I really mean everywhere. At the parking lot, side walks, along the highway, and even in front of their houses. They don't seem to mind though. And the only time when the whole place is clean is in the morning (at 9-10am usually), especially when the workers (thank you for hiring them!) done their job!

Lesson number four: When they are having a wedding ceremony, boy it will always be loud. As if they want the whole world to know that they are getting married. The ceremony usually held at night and though they want the world to know, they do not know that their neighbour is having an exam the next morning!

Choices

Currently listening to: Naturally-Selena Gomez

Have you ever watched a movie when a girl (yeah, usually the heroin of the drama) will always have two choices of boyfriends (or in this case, two great person that she ever met in her entire life) for her to choose to be together with, forever? One had a criteria that the other person don't have and vice versa.

I had. Many times actually. And in many of those times, I always thought, that the girl should shoot herself in the head! I mean, come on, what are she waiting for? She should already know who is 'The One' who she thinks is right for her to be with and make it crystal clear for the other person that she already found someone. Plus, she gave everybody a headache and for goodness sake, everyone had their own problems to be worried about. And why does she keeps giving promises that she won't even kept, hopes and dreams that she won't even fulfilled, to both of the guys?

In most of the case, or movies or whatever, the girl only use the other person to make the love of her life jealous. In simple words, she wants his attention only for her! Care to be a player? Be my guest. Just don't involve me in any of your 'love life' future problems.

This, fortunately, only happens in fairy tales, dramas, movies, and novels. Just want to add the spice to the story line, eyh? Make the viewers like me biting my nails or pillows or anything chewable and scream to myself for no reason. I think that fairy tales have much more reasonable story line for that every princess have their own prince charming. Ever heard of Cinderella having these kind of problems? Well, maybe you had if you watched the new version of Cinderella.

But by knowing this, I'm glad that none of my friends (or any person that I know) had a problem like this one. Or maybe they have and they keep the problems to themselves. Good choice guys. I have enough problems to be dealt with, thank you very much.

Current song: In My Head-Jason Derulo

Together with Shila and Zatil, we went to San Stefano after Zohor. Sunday is the best day to go out! Why? Because here, in Egypt, instead of Monday, Sunday is their first day of the week. And yeah, there are less people shopping there. Days to be avoided from all those crowdedness is Thursday, Friday and Saturday!

Lesson for the day:
Number One: Don't go to any of the Egyptian restaurants at night if you don't want to be extra charge for 20 pound just for having dinner there! Food court are the best choice and now I understand why Egyptians love to dine there.

Number Two: They do not know the meaning of queuing up. Their motto, only the strong will survive! Well, I admit that not all Egyptians behave like that. There are some who still acts like a normal person. Thank you Allah for that.

That's the whole report for today. I think that I will keep bloging until my departure day to London. 7 more days and counting.

Last song: 8 Hari Seminggu-Syuga

Finally!!

Finally, I finished my exam.. Huahahahahahahaaaaa!!!
Thanks for those who prayed for me. My parents, family and friends! Thank you for all your support when I was down. Really, I appreciate it.

Alhamdulillah, after 3 years in med school, I finally found my personal way of studying. It is not to late, is it? I found it may suit my style of living and I will use this method to study in the future.

For now, let us pray that we will pass the exam and pass to the 4th year without any mishap.. Amin!

And as usual, after finishing the exam, there's a lot of things that I wanted to do. Novels to read, dramas to watch, things to shop (baru je tadi gi Carrefour.. Esok gi San! yey! Dating with Tok Guru!!), houses to visit, blog to be update! But lets put first thing first shall we?

Number one priority on Nas Arina's to-do list: Things to be pack for the holiday!!!
First stop, London! (and yeah, Gig, Aindah and I will be fasting at London for one whole week! 6 days to be exact)
Next will be Malaysia! (oo..oo..oo.. Balik kampung!!!)

There was a lot of things in my to-do list. Funny that I can't remember most of them. During the exam month, the list was unbelievably very long! But now, I can count it with my fingers. It doesn't matter because the list will come to me one by one. Eventually.

Balik Malaysia mahu jadi kakak and tutor yang mithali.. Adikku sudah mahu exam PMR!! Whoaaaa!!! Macam baru je dia exam UPSR hari tu.. Wek wek wekkkk!! Baby kalau nak tanya apa pun, tanya laaa.. Along sedia memberikan jawapan yang tepat dan bernas! Hek hek hek..

Hey bloggers!

It's been a while huh? I hope that none of you misses me. Of course, I'm just a nobody in this blog-world. Plus, there are tons of blogger who wrote better that I am and they have much more interesting story than mine. Don't you agree? lol. Plus, my English are getting worse. Chronic!

Nothing to be updated. Really.

Just that we, Alexandrians, are (still!) taking our final exam for the second semester for the third year.
This morning at 10.30am, we just finished our Pathology paper (our 8th paper out of 10 for the final exam). It was... a blur.

I know, overall it was my fault.

When they are sleeping= I slept like a baby
When they are eating= I'll join them
When they are studying= I slept once more (and do something else other than studying)

*sigh* T_T

That latest exam paper makes me feel like the lyrics in this music video..

Well, I don't know about the others. Bet that they can pass with flying colours. But this war isn't over till I said so. I can still make up for the other 2+2 papers. Right? And this MV is just right for my aching heart...

We can make it right? Come on guys!! lol

P/S:
omo! And one more thing! I just found out recently -that person- had a Facebook account!! otoke?? hurm.. dah jumpa... mau add ke tak? Had to consult my Tok Guru for this case. adeh.. tak nak laa.. segan! haha!!

Loving you guys. A lot.

We did it! Seriously we've done it! Finally, a gold for Blue House!

"2,4,6,8. Who do you appreciate? BIRU! BIRU! Yeah! Yeah! Yeah!"

Our cheer. Officially. After working our brains out, we finally settle up with this cheer. Pretty damn cool huh?

Note to the players out there and it doesn't matter if you are from Blue, Yellow, Green or Red House. This is just a reminder. We all work hard. Extremely very hard. So, don't say that we won the game by sheer luck. It hurts our feelings. The winners' feelings especially. So, please. Just watch your mouth, will you? And I will watch mine. The winner deserve it. Full stop.

Congrats to those who won. You guys work hard enough to achieve it.

What is this feeling of uneasiness that I felt lately? Jealousy? Envy? Or maybe just a simple madness?
"Ya Allah, please ease this uneasiness feeling inside me. Banish it into the thin air. I don't want this to ruin everything. Penuhi diriku dengan sifat mahmudah dan jauhikan diriku dengan sifat mazmumah. Kepada Engkau-lah kami mohon pertolongan."

Sometimes I feel its better not to have this sports day thingy. It kind off memecah-belahkan Malay students into some group according to batch. Main kasar, ref bias, that and all. Maybe there is something good behind all this except for the fact that it makes our 'body' healthy. Not very sure about the 'mind' though.

As the saying goes, healthy mind comes from a healthy body.

LORD SAPPHIRE netball team! All the best for tomorrows' match! I will be cheering you guys (a lot)!

'We will ROCK you!'

That's our motto. Well, that will be changing from time to time. But for now, we will be using this. Looking forward for tomorrows' match. Don't forget to bring those empty bottles 'cause I bet both of our hands won't be able to make it to the loudest.

March has ended and now it is the beginning of April. I received a lot of birthday presents from my friends and family. Really appreciate it! (huhu. terharu sampai tak tau nak cakap pe.)

Books and chocolate are my favorite presents of all time! Yey!!

The 2nd of April was Oggy's birthday!

Happy Birthday Oggy!
May Allah bless you always. Ngee.

We were planning on having dinner on Wednesday this week. But all of the sudden there are circumstances than we can't avoid. Meetings here and there. So the dinner plan will be postpone to another time. Gosh, and here I am, acting like a fool, was looking forward to it the whole week! So sad, but we can't help it. Guess we just stick with having steamboat for Oggy's birthday occasion! That's not so bad, is it?

Love the lyrics very much! Helps me get my confidence once again..

..and the result is..

Our 3rd year result for the 1st semester was out this morning during the Histology lecture. There are some people who are happy with their result, satisfied, and there were some people who are not so happy with theirs. That includes me.

Wish I could go back and tell myself what I know now.

Told my mom about my exam results and this is what she says:
"Xpe la, cuba lagi masa repeat paper nnt. Ni cuma dugaan Allah."

And at that moment my heart was set; I will try my hardest for this second semester. Watch out!

Enough with the cry-boo-hoo-ing thing.

Yesterday at 7pm, a basketball girls match was held. Even though we didn't win the match but being qualified at the semi-finals are good enough. That was a good game yesterday, and my throat is hurting like hell due to our loudness of cheering. Blue house, you guys were great! Keep it up, keep it up!

A message to the other houses.
You guys don't want the Blue House to get serious. Once we are, no one can stop us. Don't make us upset! We will kill y'all!
Mindset: Relek-relek sudah. =p

Peace out! (v),

Waaa.. When everyone heard about this name, it was like the world was turning into chaos. BYTE Muslim? Everyone had their own opinion. Some says that it was just a promotion for Bait Muslim. Some says that it is a new game invented by the UPP. There were also rumors said that it is a new Seri Putra Cafe menu for the year 2010.

Surprisingly, this is the name for 'Bulan Media' at our university that will be held from 27 March - 24 April. Yup, it is for one month. I wonder what will be their reaction when they hear about this. It's worth the wait!

7 March 2010!
It's my 21st birthday! Thanks to all my friends who make that day as wonderful as it can be. We celebrated it with Sarah who will be having her birthday a week after. So, what's the wait?

Plus, this video clip was requested by Gig and Sarah to put it up at my blog since I was inactive for blogging in such a long period!

Ok guys, enjoy it to the fullest!

It's been a while... since I... blog. To be honest, I have been blogging in my head in this couple of weeks. It's just that when I reach to the computer my blogging-typing mood, puff! Gone. Banish into the thin air. Believe me, if there is a device that can type anything inside your head straight to your blog, that will be approve later, I'll be the first one to buy. No kidding. If it's expensive, I'll save up.

Yesterday, I attend a graphic designer class. It was way cool! For me, I guess. It help me a lot because they are teaching how to use Adobe Photoshop properly. Most of them, I already learned it when I was back in Shahputra Collage. But, there are some tips and tricks that I learned from my 'Sifu'! Haha.. Should have call them that. Both of them teach us a lot.

This morning, when I applied it when I'm doing my Community Medicine assignment, surprisingly, it took me less then an hour to make one poster! Done. Finished!

Okay, our 3rd year study leave had already begun 2 days ago. Is it me, or the study leave week doesn't feel like it? Or, is it because of the practical classes that is still going on as usual even though the study leave had begun? Plus, our practical class exam will be held 3 subjects per week. Nice.

Talking about practical class, I had an Anatomy class a couple of hours ago. Mostly, I didn't get what the professor is talking about. One professor, and 20++ student is surrounding that poor professor. I felt sorry for her. It was suppose to be one professor for a maximum ten student. Where is the other one? Beats me. Maybe the specimen is not enough for three groups to study them at the same time, so they cut the three groups into two.

One word. Crowded.

So, I decided that I will be revise the specimen after the professor finished teaching and for now, I'll be hearing her from the place that I'm sitting. It was revising time, our time, and the lab workers said that we are suppose to leave now. Sadly, I didn't had the chance of revising the specimen carefully. Hopefully that my Anatomy book and atlas can help me out this time.

This is a reminder. Both for you and me.

Bau Formalin. Note this, bukan awak sorg je yang nak exam!

That's all folks.
