Ice Skating in McCall

Heather was really excited about ice skating until she got on the ice. Then she realized that it was going to be harder than she thought. She skated holding buckets for about an hour and then she told me that she was done. So she got off the ice with my parents, but about 5 minutes later she was back on the ice. Apparently, she decided that she wanted to twirl on the ice. This time she didn't want any buckets and skated out on the ice towards me. I was so proud of her for being so brave!

Christmas in McCall and Cascade

Great job H!

Ice skating in McCall. They give the little kids buckets to help with their balance
My Mom was smart and wore snowshoes...I on the other hand sunk pretty fast in my boots!
Winter stroll in Cascade! We love snow!
I love my family!

Winter Fun!

Can you guess what might have happened? Heather thought he looked lovely!

Heather bought Chad a present this year and couldn't wait for him to open it...so she gave it to him early.
Does this look familiar Linda Mom?
Yeah! Daddy's Home!
Heather and I had a blast this year making cookies. The first batch was an absolute disaster, but the next batch was much better. I had looked up a new recipe for sugar cookies, and when we pulled the cookies from the oven, they had spread across the whole pan. So we started all over again - this time using a trusted recipe from Better Homes and Gardens.

San Francisco

The day after Thanksgiving we headed to the city! We actually found "free" parking which was a bonus. Then we walked down to Pier 39 and did some shopping...very beautiful and fun!

Heather and Chad enjoyed the Sea Lions

This is what happens to you when you leave a very large candy store!
We love you Linda Mom!

Uncle Scott was able to see Chad for the first time as well; Chad was thrilled to play with his cell phone!

I'm a BIG boy!

Our little Princess is growing up!

We recently put Heather into dance class. She learns a little ballet, hip hop, etc. She loves dancing SO much! This week they gave the kids little scarves to hold and dance with...when we got home she grabbed a couple small towels and danced around the room!

For several weeks now Heather has been asking to wear my wedding dress...maybe someday this photo will surface again! She tells me that she can't WAIT to be married...for now Chad is her husband! :)
