Our awesome MTC Norwegian tutor, Michael.

Mindy, Arnold, and their baby, Annie; Janna and  Gordon

Dennis, Glenda, and Chris

Monene, Bonnie, and Dana

With Elder Amundsen in West Jordan.  Elder A. is from Norway and worked in Trondheim his first six weeks while waiting for his visa to be approved.  An awesome elder who saw success during his short tenure in Theim.

Eating Mexican food with Elder Amundsen and his companion.

Nadia, our awesome YSA teacher, came to Utah.  While in Trondheim she had asked Elder Springer dozens of times if she could drive our mission car even though it was against mission rules and she doesn't have a driver's license.  So when she asked again after going out to dinner in South Jordan the answer was yes so she drove about 20 feet in an empty parking lot.

Couldn't pass this one up.  Leila and Freeman.

Saturday night we met friends at the church.  Here are Emily and her cute baby, Nixon.  Jill is with Bronson.

Our good friends Rich and Cathi.

Jared and Dave

Debbie and her mother, Dean

Paul must have a kinked neck.  He's with his wife Lori, daughter, Carlie and her husband whose name we've forgotten.  Sorry!

Let's go golfing Jim!

Cute little mother, Kenzie with Bronson

Kelly is sampling a Norwegian waffle, served at our Saturday gathering.

After speaking in church on Sunday we met at Ben and Lesha's house with family and missionaries.  Here are Aunt Lucy and her grandson.

We love you Larua, Tish, and Casey (Uncle Cheeseburger).

Awesome missionaries who were so good to come sing in church and to the luncheon afterward.

See if we can do this:  Sisters Heer, Johnston, Brown, Springer, Stevens, Berggren.  Elders Heer, Springer, Gardner, Bennett, Craft, Dearden, Linge (back), Crandall, Carr

Had to get a shot of this.  While in the Oslo YSA Center we saw Elder Hollingshead, on the right, picking up his greenie, on the left.

Luggage, ugh!  But We got it, somehow, to the airport and it all arrived in Utah with us.

Dana with her good friend, Julie Johansen

Elder Winters left with us (Pocatello), and Elder Facer (San Antonio) flew with us all the way to Dallas.  Two great elders.

Texas!  We had a layover in Dallas and Jill, Jared, and the boys met us.  A wonderful reunion.  Sadly, another family member took pics when we arrived in Salt Lake but will have them to us soon.  We'll blog them at that time.

Hugs for Tage and Bronson.  Big brother, Parker, was somehow out of this photo but was the first family member to meet us on American soil.

This was the first time Baby Bronson had met his grandparents.

We arrived in Salt Lake on Thursday, the 12th of January.  The following night we formally had a family party at Jared and Daiana's home.  Here we have Lake, Tage, and Cole looking at the Trolls Grandma brought them from Norway.

Freeman seems to like the pictures in the Troll book.

We love our grandkids!

Sedelle and Leila are interested in something.

Cute!  Hayden, Sedelle, Kenzie, Uncle Homer (Casey) holding Rowen, Freeman, and Leila.

Rowen's first meeting with his Grandma and Grandpa Springer

Corrie has meant so much to YSA and Trondheim Branch.  Here she preparing photos to hang on the YSA room door.
A last farewell to the Biesingers.  They are working exceptionally well in their new role.

YSA after FHE; Gjermund in front, then left to right are Linda, Malin, Daniel, Mali, Sister S., Camille, Audhild, Silje, Sam.  Back row are Elder S., Aaron, Robin, Myhren, Stian, Corrie, Maria, Pelle, and Sister and Elder Biesinger.  We miss them a lot!

Happy/sad goodbye's to Linda and Malin.
The Five Musketeers, Elders Bischoff, Strange, Bolt, Facer, and Springer.

The awesome, irreplaceable, Myhren..

Elders Strange, Bischoff, Biesinger, Bolt, Facer, and Springer contemplating ways to baptize.

Left Trondheim on 11 January and spent the evening in Oslo at the mission home with the amazing President and Sister Johansen. We will always cherish the time we spent with them.

Our good friend Elizabeth, who always helps with dinners for arriving and departing missionaries.  See you when you visit Utah next time!

Attending our "Burnie" dinner with Elizabeth and the Johansens were Elders Smith, Bolt, Facer, Davis, Winters, and Brown.  Elders Facer and Winters went home with us.

Couldn't pass up a pic of the always photogenic Elizabeth.

Saying goodbye to friends Mac and Pelle.

\A fond farewell to Mali, Linda, Malin, and Marita.

Couldn't pass this up - a typical Norwegian family grocery shopping while pulling their kids on a sled.

A young lady on her way home from the grocery store on her sled.  A fun winter tradition.

Mali, Elder Bischoff, Sisters Taylor and Grass, Elder Bolt, and Gjermund in the back were among those who helped passers-by meet a Mormon.  A cold day on the gagata in Trondheim.  We have always had a great group of missionaries and YSA.

The Biesingers arrived!  We picked them up at the airport on January 11th, 2012.  An awesome couple who have replaced us in Trondheim.  And they are from our West Jordan stake.  What are the odds of that?

Goodbye to our good friend, Robert, who lives in Kristiansund and makes the 4-hour boat ride once a month to come to church.

What would the Trondheim Branch do without Myhren and Pelle?  Wonderful men.

Het de bra to Gjermund, Robin, and Stian, great contributors to our YSA program.

Audhild has been strength to our YSA program.

Acting as our YSA Council President Maria has led with love for others.
