Easter 2012

We had a wonderful weekend.  Tony put up a big tent for us to sleep in Friday night, built a campfire, roasted marshmallows and hot dogs for Anthony and made smores!  We told spooky stories in the tent and even watch a little movie on the DVD player.  We didn't plan ahead and look at the weather so when we woke up Saturday we were freezing.....it was 43 degrees!  Anthony was toasty warm but Tony and I were cold!  Such a great memory!  Our first camp out (even if it was in the back yard)!!

Saturday was Tony's birthday!  Happy Birthday #39!!!  We enjoyed a day playing at the house then went and checked on the horses and rode 4-wheeler all afternoon.  We ended the night with a quick dinner with friends.  

Sunday we got up...ran straight out the back door to see what the Easter Bunny had left during the night!  We then straighted the house up a little bit and started cooking for Easter Lunch. Time to get ready for church.  Tony played with the timer on the camera so we could get a picture of all three of us!  After church we had some friends over for a late lunch...followed by egg hunting and more playing outside.  What a beautiful weekend!  Happy Easter!  

Thank you Lord for dying on the Cross for us!  We are so blessed to have you in our lives!!

Gymnastics Play Date

Yesterday we had a play date with a few of Anthony's friends at Starkville Gymnastics.  It was really nice and a lot of fun.  They had 2 bounce houses which Anthony LOVES!  He also loved playing and jumping in the foam pit!

 WOW!  There goes Maddie....didn't get there fast enough before Anthony jumped.  I lost count of how many times they climbed up and jumped in!

Anthony had such a good time!  After we got home and ate lunch  he said I'm so tired..................I need my fifi (blanket).  So we laid down and took a rest (nap)!  

Mississippi State University Easter Hunt

 The boys came over to the house to play a little more before it was time to go in for the night!    They love riding and chasing each other on the gator and tractor!

Wow!  We have had such a busy weekend and last couple of days....but it sure is fun!!

Easter Hunt at Co-Op and Easter Bunny

These are in reverse order...... First we went to the Co-Op for their Easter Egg Hunt and had a great time....then we went to the Hospital for games, snacks and the Easter Bunny.
