Pregnancy Progress 2/16/07

Here is the latest...I am 36 weeks and 2 days.

This is Ella...she sat right next to me while I opened presents. Ella loved everything that was soft and fuzzy, especially the blanket that mom Hickman made. It also helped that it was past her bedtime. Thanks Everyone!!! I am so glad that my baby won't be naked now.

Ginger Litz Hickman

While Preston and I were being lazy on the beach in Jamaica my sister-in-law, Kari Hickman was accomplishing no small feat. We like to call her Ginger. :)

Ed, Kari, Hazel and Ginger live in New York. Ed is Prestons brother and Preston and I think that they are just great! (we want them to move back to Colorado)

Alyson Jane Foote will be one year old this month! She has grown soooo much.

The Very Little Girl Nursery

Let me just say...I love my Mom! She is the best most amazing seamstress I have ever known! It was fun (with a lot of help from my sisters) to create this nursery. I am excited to see how my little one reacts to the stimulating black and white patterns. All I have left to do now is get a large rug and make some wall hangings.

Beautiful Colorado

This is one of the reasons we love where we live! Preston was heading out the door one morning and ran back in to get me and I ran back in to get the camera. We kind of missed the sunrise in the picture but this is right after. The red rocks you can see is called Garden of the Gods. This was taken from our front yard. Aren't we lucky!!

Happy Birthday Gavin!

Gavin turned 7 this year and requested a wolverine birthday. We had Mac N Cheese for dinner at his request. We also had an x-men treasure hunt and of course cake. It was a good birthday. (By the way the gash in Gavin's head happened at school when he had an encounter with the ice and I think the ice won).

Our Trip to Jamaica 1/20/07 - 1/27/07

One of the perks of Preston's job is that each year he has the opportunity to earn a trip. I feel extremely blessed that we could take a little time for the two of us before the baby comes. Despite being extremely uncomfortable on the bus and the airplane we had a blast. I was a little worried that Preston would be bored with his pregnant wife but I was wrong. We just relaxed and did whatever we wanted. It was great!!!

Pregnancy Progress 1/24/07

Here are a couple of belly shots in Jamaica. I am 33 weeks.

The Pool...

Dunns River Falls is a big tourist attraction that is located not too far from the resort. This was the resorts imitation of the falls.
Here I am smiling but I was about to pass out because I was really over heated so I put my feet in the cool unheated pool and got a virgin pina colada. Ahhh that is much better.
