Would have bet $$$ on a girl
Because of all the times I had to hurl
But other plans are made for us
And now we have another baby boy over whom to make a fuss!!!

Halloween 2010

Happy Halloween!!!

The boys had a blast trick or treating in the pouring rain with their dad while the cow and I handed out candy in the warm house!! No the boys didn't freeze, daddy drove them and they were warm and so excited about the candy that they got!

At daddys work every year they have a Halloween Costume contest and trick or treating and daddy took 4th with this costume...an "Appetite Chef"...I bought it for him the night before for really cheap! And if you can't tell, I am a slam dunk, a swish or what ever else you might think it is. I puff painted a basketball on my every growing 16 1/2 week belly, I got a lot of compliments on my costume. Which was nice since I didn't feel good and all I wanted to do was sleep. I figured I might never be preggo during Halloween again that I needed to do something around it. The little one didn't really like her cow costume (hence the picture above) so for the work trick or treat she was a witch, but she wouldn't wear the hat! Oh well. Oh ya don't mess with the cowboy, he just might have to rope ya!! (Love that face)

Umm, ya!

Umm ya, still no new pictures! I have them on my camera but not on my computer so I feel stupid making a post but no pictures, because I know that is all what you peeps want anyways huh!! But here is a little update ne-ways.

1st born
*6 years old
* stubborn as his mom (we butt heads a little too often)
* loves to swim
* almost got bucked off a horse (held on tight till the horse fell to his knees then bailed off...up hill) he got back on the horse
* loves to help (sometimes toooo much)
* love him to pieces

2nd born
* almost 4 years old
* had a fear of the water at the beginning of the summer, but now...swimming like crazy...with arm floaties
* his head is a magnet for disaster...baseball bat to the head, fell off his scooter (being pulled behind his brothers bike) onto his head, fell off a swimming pool slide (2nd step up) onto his head and this has all happened this summer
* stubborn just like his brother
* has to do things all by himself
* love him to pieces

3rd born
* 10 months old/ crawling like crazy
* loves to dance!!!
* 2 teeth (soon to have more)
* pulls herself up to a standing position
* loves to talk/loves to eat (she will eat anything I put in her mouth)
* love her to pieces

* d- called to serve in the Elders Quorum as Secretary
* m- just finished playing on a women s league softball team
* m- has loved this summer with her kids doing fun things

8 years and a much needed update!

Dave and I celebrated our 8 year anniversary yesterday! I love that guy so much and am so grateful to have him as my hubby forever and ever!


AS for the much needed update.....ummmmm ...still to come!

I think that I might scream!

OK so for those people who don't want to read this post because I will be venting!!! Then don't:)

So I think that I might scream the next time I hear "It is a boy thing" when in reference to my boys. Please say "wow, you have your hands full with those 2 boys" or "they are 2 crazy boys, why can't you keep control of them" or "you know I am sure that there is medicine that might help" or "you are not a very good mom when you can't control your boys and mine are angels and don't ever do what your boys are doing" I know you are thinking it!!!!

I am the first to admit that they are crazy boys and yes they don't listen that well, but please be honest and stop saying "It is a boy thing" when your boys or the other boys around are not doing the same thing. I know that you are trying to be nice, but it is a tad more insulting then you think.

Ya, I know that my boys are very excited about life and about everything that goes on around them. And yes they don't listen that well and they misbehave a lot and I curse their behavior a lot, but they are my boys I love them more that anything and I am trying my best to guide them in the right direction and steer all of the energy that they have in a positive way.
So thank you for your friendly way of saying..."you are a bad mom and your boys are out of control." I will keep that in mind!

TIME

Where does the time go? It seems like yesterday I was holding all my kids just after they were born. Now I have one who whistles all the time, winks with both eyes and it getting too smart and old for his own good. I have another one who loves everything to do with a ball, and he just finished playing Itty Bitty Ball and can't wait till he is big and can play in a big gym like his cousin. And then I have a baby girl who is sitting up all by herself and loves to eat sweet potatoes. Man time goes way to fast!

A few pictures and a much needed update!

A much needed update is too far past but here are a few pictures that might show what we have been up to in the last few months.


This is what the boys love to do...friday night movie night. They look forward to this all week long. They first start off in the rocking chair and then soon we end up making beds for them to fall asleep on the floor. (well Shad ends up falling asleep)We are now foster parents to this horse...name still has yet to be discovered. Tuacahn in Ivins, Utah rescued this horse off of Utah hill. He was so fat and his hooves had flaundered and was not able to move. They rescued him had a fundraiser to pay for his vet bills and now we are fostering him and in 6 months if it is something that we want then we will be adopting him. For any of you who know my husband...what good is a man without a horse!!!!


Valentines Day weekend we spent in good old St. George, nice weather, family, taxes...a welcomed vacation, but too short! This picture is of course of Talya in her perfect V-day outfit. A friend gave that to us when she was born and it fit her perfect for V-day.

Goodbye dear friends! This family is some dear friends that Dave and I met together. They were our first friends that we meet as a couple. We were in the same ward right after we got married and we met officially at a Jazz game because of an YMCA mishap with Andys hand and my chest....how we stayed good friends is still unknown, but thankfully we did. We both got married in June and they had their first baby the following May and we would walk to Dairy Queen all the time to get ice cream for the preggo! They moved to Virginia the week after V-day and they will be truly missed!!!! Love you guys!! Christmas was spent in the Mesquite and St. George areas. Christmas morning Santa spoiled us rotten with a new camera and tons of toys and goodies for the kids. We were also able to enjoy some quality time with Daves sister and family that live in AL. Her and I had babies 2 weeks apart. It was so great to see them and to visit and play.

So this is our very first home!!!! We moved into this house on Jan 1st. It was a long day with help from friends and ward members. We are loving owning our very first home! The ward is great and the neighborhood is wonderful.

This picture didn't just happen, but I LOVE this picture. Dave took this with his iphone right after delivery and he just put it on to our new computer so when I saw it I had to post!!! Love this girl so much....Dave thinks that I am sexiest! What,why just because I have a girl after 2 boys and I am able to play dress-up and have bows and jewelry and that it is just so much fun having a girl....I should say that I am not! :)

Ya I know that it had been like forever since I last posted, but with moving and everything we have not yet gotten the internet. We still don't but I am using someone else internet right now. I thought that I would post and let you all know that we moved safely and are getting settled into our first home. I hope that we will have the internet SOON!!! I am going crazy without it, and then I have a lot of catching up huh!!! So please don't forget about me, I will post picture and fun stuff when we the internet! Ta ta for now!
