Just keep Swimming

I know I just did a huge catch up yesterday but that was on everything we have been doing the last 6-7 months so I thought I would do a post on the thing Truman Likes and the things he can do and say now that we have reached the 1.5 year old mark! 

I cant believe how big T has gotten and how qucikly the time has gone!

 The day T was born

This one was taken a couple weeks ago but about 18 months 

So far Truman is still in the 0 percentile for his height and weight and is in the 50th percentile for his head :) Gotta love his big Rice noggin and his Big Farnsworth nose LOL

things Truman can do:

*Walk/run

*go up and down stairs (facing forward)

*pound it

*blow and give kisses

*High five 

*jump (or tries to)

*climb on and off just about anything beds, couches, tables and chairs... ect.

*kick and attempt to throw a ball

*ride his bike

*throw things in the garbage

*climb into his carseat if on the seat  

Words/Phrases Truman can say:

*Hi and Bye

*K

*Kick it 

(Which he says when he sees a ball or actually kicks a ball)

*momma and dadda

*Nana and Pop

(Raes parents)

(Logans dad)

not to mention all the gibberish that we are not sure what it means but he is always saying something and he is Loud!

Truman loves 

*Play with Bubbles

*blow and give kisses

*Boating

*playing in the hose

*being outside 

*being with Ruby

*going to the movies

*spending time with his grandparents, aunts and uncles, Ruby and Kinsley

*go to Nursery 

* planes and cars 

*soccer 

*balls 

*legos

*Swimming

*blowing bubbles in the water 

*anything to do with cooking

*Fireworks 

* playing peek a boo/where did they go 

Food likes

*Milk (Lactose Free)

*Cheese 

*peanut butter

*Granola bars

*crepes

*pancakes

*pineapple bacon sausage

*mac and Cheese (especially from noodles and company)

*blueberries the most and other berries

*Bread 

*popcorn

*chicken and steak

   Truman hates 

*confinement 

*for the lids to be on the movie boxes 

*when someone goes outside without him

*to be too hot or too cold 

*wearing shoes in the car

Food dislikes

*Milk with Lactose ( we have a lactose intolerance although cheese and yogurt are fine and also things with milk in them he just cant tolerate straight milk)

*Pears ( he is allergic)

*mash potatoes (most of the time)

*Regular fries (likes sweet potato fries)

*Raspberries

Even though there isn't a lot of food that he doesn't like he is really funny about eating a lot at a time and would rather munch on a little bit all day long then eat regular meals, and he Loves his pediasures which he drinks to help him gain weight! 

At 18 months we will be starting the fall season in 9-12 month clothes hooray!

Logan also finished up his 2 years of Training a few weeks ago and Truman and I are SOO proud of him.... now to get a permanent spot at a shop ( no worries he continues working where he has been until something opens up!) he then Left us for a week for some out of town work, Truman and I were both so happy when he surprised us and came home 2 days early I cried and Truman did this for about 10 minutes saying "dadadada"

Logan celebrated his 25th birthday in June and mine is coming up in August! Also in August is our 5th wedding anniversary, Some days I cant believe its been 5 years, and being the spoiled girl that I am Logan bought me a new car! A 2010 Mazda CX9 and I'm in LOVE with it! 

Truman also just started Swimming lessons which I thought he would love because he loves to swim at our pool and i cant keep his face out of the water because he wants to be dunked and blow bubbles... but so far he has not loved it like we had hoped but, he is getting better each week and in his favor the pool is really cold LOL! He is actually doing really well just not the same as when we are just playing in the pool at home. However we love TJ our teacher he has been awesome!

And then he decided he wanted mommy so I was sent to watch from an office so he could concentrate and that worked  LOL 

All in all we seem to always be on the go... we get to spend a lot of time with our family which we love even if it does wear on us ... ok me, but thats ok Its just super important to me that Truman never wonders who his family is he had such special relationships with both my side and Logans ... So sure we spend a lot of time in the car traveling, our house isnt always clean and is never spotless  but really I wouldnt change anything about our life because its pretty awesome and we do it together always! I love that we get to spend so much time together because Im pretty obsessed with both my Rice boys and Trumans only going to get bigger and Logan and I are not going to miss any of it and we dont want any of his family to miss it either :) 

 

18 months old!

Wow I used to be a pretty decent blogger, I think maybe it was therapeutic while T was in the NICU but since hes been home I have constantly been playing catch up Im about 6 months behind. With an 18month old running around the house I dont have a lot of time to blog but I'm going to catch up and try to be better... I guess we will see :) Sorry for LOTS of pics but not a lot of reading...

These last holidays were Trumans first (obviously) and we spent Thanksgiving at Grandma and Grandpas house and had LOTS of fun ohh and Auntie Kalies family came too! Both Kins and Truman became somewhat mobile just around thanksgiving each with their own unique type of crawl!

Then we spent a week in Hailey/Sun Valley for Christmas with Nana and Pop, Randi and Ruby! The kids had a blast I'm thinking Hailey may have to be a tradition we miss it a lot! And Of course in true Farnsworth Tradition we were all up and opening presents in the dark at 6am... I have to admit as much as I LOVE the surprise of christmas I Love being the parent even more

Then a month after christmas was Trumans 1st Birthday and we had a Dinosaur party most of these are from his party and the others are just him at 12 months... We were so grateful for all our family and friends that made it to Trumans 1st Birthday. 

Then we moved in march and headed to Boise to see Auntie Jenny who is in med school in PA, and she brought her new guy Alvero with her (We loved him FYI) and of course to see Uncle Jer and Auntie Jenesis. I LOVE that even though T has only got see Jenny twice in the last 18 months that they have this cute little bond and that he loves her so much . Then had Easter with the Farnsworths in our new house which we LOVE 

And Since we have really been enjoying summer and being in Bear Lake for the 4th Truman LOVES Fireworks and just says "WOW...WOW...Momma WOW" lol

Thanks for sticking with me though a HUGE catch up! We love our little guy so much and every new thing he does and every new word he says which lately is a lot! We are so blessed to have such a good kid and love being his mommy and daddy
