A run down on Major Events the last few months!

I am starting this post going all the way back to July and ending with the most recent fun!

In July Corbin turned 8 years old! I love this kid so much!

And he got baptized, we were all so proud of him. Looking at these pictures reminds me of how full of pride my heart was on this day.

Grandma Bev set up for someone to come and take pictures of my kids, Kaylix of course would not cooperate!

We went hiking with the Becksteads up to Forgotten Lake, it was beautiful there!

Kaylix celebrated his 3rd birthday in August,
he was so excited that people were at a party for him!
Kaylix also started Preschool, I am doing a co-op preschool with 2 other kids in our neighborhood, Kaylix has a lot of fun being with his friends!

Corbin Started 3rd grade and has Mr. Everett, we really like him.
He is in Shauna and Brandons ward!
Chelsey started 4th grade and has Mrs. Campbell, she is really nice to!

Keegan is back at Miss Karens preschool!
He has soooo much fun being there with so many friends from our neighborhood.

Corbin got hit in the mouth with a baseball that was thrown as hard as he could throw it by none other than his dad. We spent time at the emergency room and at the Dentist office the next day for his teeth to be repaired. It was not fun at all.
Corbin played on an amazing team this fall.
All the boys got along so well and had so much fun together!

Keegan celebrated his 4th birthday in September.
He wanted a space alien costume and a space ship,
I got the costume, but had a hard time finding a space ship!

Keegan and his friend Austin's birthdays are 1 day apart,
so we had a little party for them with all their neighborhood friends.

Our ward had a Fall Festival for Halloween, Corbin took 3rd place in a pie eating contest!

Good thing that I love this face!
Keegan and 2 of his buddies!

Kaylix being Buzz Lightyear
Chelsey as a witch

Keegan had a Halloween Program for preschool,
he is the Pirate on the back row!

We left town on Thursday October 29 for St. George for Corbin to play in a tournament.
Even though it was not that warm, it was warm enough for the kids to swim!
Corbin got an in the park homerun! He is turning into the best little baseball player.

After the tourney, the parents had a fun party for the kids at the pool and played some Halloween games and they did a little trick or treating! It was awesome! I am not sure who had more fun, the kids or the parents!
Then we headed to Disneyland on Sunday. It was Halloween and so much fun there!

On Monday, we met up with the Nebekers, who the 2 boys played ball with Corbin, they are the nicest people and we had so much fun hanging out with them all day.
We put Keegan and Kaylix on all the rides that they were tall enough to go on,
Kaylix still has not recovered from Splash Mountain, but they had a lot of fun!

This is our crew going on Grizzley Rapids
Tyler and Jaxton flew down and Spent Tuesday there with us!

Friday was my birthday, so my parents took us to Goofys Kitchen to celebrate, even though it was only Thursday!

Then on Thursday, we headed back to St. George to watch Chelsey play in her tournament. I did not take any pictures of her tournament. Probably because for some reason right now she is sitting the bench more then she is playing. She played 6 games and played one inning in each game, and they only won 1 game. We are not very happy with the way that her new team is working out. She is playing accelerated ball with her All Star team, they are now the Xplosion, but we are not sure if she will continue to play with this team or not.
Well, that is what has been happening the last few months, now that baseball and softball are over, maybe I can have a little more time to breath, but not likely! Corbin is going to play basketball and Chelsey wants to try Ice skating. I think that I am going to sign Keegan up for Hockey lessons, and then I need to find something for Kaylix.
And, I am so excitted for the Holidays to come! Hooray!

On your Mark, Get Set, GO. . . GO . . . GO

Go, Go, GO, that is what we have been doing all summer. This week Riley is on Vacation from work, but we just staid home because of all the things that we had to do this week. Yesterday Riley said "wow, we have been so busy this week that I am exhauseted!" Welcome to my world!

Chelsey has had a few tournaments this month. Last week she played at the Valley Complex across the street, which was nice to be so close to home! But, she got hit in the leg by a pitcher . . . it took her to the ground in tears!

They sent a runner out for her and she took a minute to ice it and elevate it because it was nice and swollen, then the next inning, she was back at it! She is tough!

They got to play under the lights, and she caught the whole tournamnet, which was awesome, she has not been able to catch any of the other games, but she did such a good job, they were all really impressed with her!
It has been a lot of fun, but also a lot of work for her to play all summer. We have been to a different tournament every weekend and she plays Thursday, Friday and Saturday, usually 3 or more games a day. Crazy!!!!

A lady that I visit teach, decided that her life was not all she wanted it to be. She had stopped coming to church, stopped letting us make appointments with her (but we showed her, we would just make surprise visits!!!) and just changed her way of life. Then one day a few weeks ago, she told her husband she wanted a divorce and picked up and moved to LA. I was shocked, but not. But she left behind 4 little girls. The oldest 9 and the youngest 2. That part I can't believe. I could never walk away from my kids, not for anything. But, it has given me a renewed appreciation for my own children. I was starting to get that point where you want summer to be over, then when this happened, I wanted my kids to be with me all the time. I can't imagine my life without all of them. I may grumble and groan about Riley's job and the hours that he has to work, but I appreciate that he supports our family and that he loves us enough to do what he does. Sometimes it takes someone elses mistakes to make you realize how good your own life really is. Not, that I really needed a reminder of how much I love my family, but just to appreciate them more than I was.

We are off to more games this morning!

And just a few random pictures!

Ok, so I have updated, and because I couldn't move pictures around, I have done 4 different posts! So make sure you check them all out!!!!!

Here are just some other funny pictures of my kiddos having fun this summer!
Brenda had her Zumba group in the Taylorsville Dayzz Parade, Chelsey wanted to be a part of it!
Keegan taking pictures of the penguins at the Aquarium
Keegan with his allergies, he is a mess, but has an appointment with the allergist soon!

Keegan working his magic with his stun gun!

I was making home made pretzels and Kaylix wanted to help me!

So, you know what I have realized after posting all this, I need to use my camera more! I use to take pictures of everything that my kids did, and I haven't lately, so I need to break out the camera more often!
Man, I am a slacker!

Baseball!

Corbin is a fantastic baseball player! He also made All Stars this year, Riley and Jason are coaching the 8 year old All Stars. I really am proud of him, he is only 7 (lucky for him his dad is the coach so he gets to play on the 8 year old team)!!! He has done so well at being the catcher. He loves to run the kid on 3rd back to the base!

His first All Star game is Tomorrow night, we can't wait to see how it goes!

Keegan did an awesome job at playing T-Ball. He had so much fun, we never had any tears like we did at soccer, I think this is more his kind of game!

Closing ceremonies, getting his much anticipated trophy!

Keegans last game!

Softball Superstar!

Chelsey had a really great Softball Seaon, this spring, her team got to go to the Bees game and do "The Field of Dreams". They got to go out on the field, say thier names into a mic and then get a tour of the underground where the team hangs out. She had a lot of fun and it was a really fun, free family outing for all of us! We are really proud of Chelsey!

She made All Stars again this summer and we again are very proud of her for that! It just means that we all spend our whole summer playing and watching ball!

Chelsey had her first All Star tournament last weekend in Grantsville, her team did so well. They took 2nd place! Yeah! They have only been playing as a team since the first of June so we were all very happy with 2nd place! (although, they have been practicing like crazy every morning, day and night)

Keegan insisted that he was in charge of taking pictures, so here you go, I think that I can see Chelsey in every single one!

We have a little break the next 2 weekends, then the next 4 weekends, we will be at tournaments. Oh man, we are crazy!
