These Terms govern your use of PrimForge's website and services. In these Terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to PrimForge. By using our site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
PrimForge designs, builds, hosts, and maintains websites, and provides logo and brand design and related services, primarily for small businesses.
Quotes and packages
Prices shown on our site are starting prices for the scope described. Custom or larger work may be quoted separately. We confirm scope and price before starting a project.
Payment, deposits, and the build process
- Website builds run on a deposit model: a $199 deposit to begin, and the $300 balance is due on your approval before launch — $499 total for the standard build, unless a different package or quote applies.
- Monthly care is optional. Optional $99/month care includes hosting, relevant site software updates, daily site-file backups, scheduled site health checks, and up to 3 small content requests totaling 45 minutes per month. No rollover. New pages, features, integrations and redesigns are quoted first. Cancel care before the next renewal; service continues through the paid period. Any remaining included or prepaid hosting continues to its original end date. Canceling care does not restart the free year or delete your site or data. Service time already used is nonrefundable.
- Logos and other packages are billed at the prices listed or as quoted.
- Payments are processed by Stripe.
Basic hosting and renewals
For new simple website builds, basic hosting is included for 12 months from launch, then $120/year with your consent. Basic hosting includes no content edits. Active care includes hosting, so there is no duplicate hosting charge. We offer annual renewal 30 days before expiry; no automatic annual charge without consent. These terms apply to new offers; existing accepted quotes and agreements retain their protections.
Content changes and estimates
Small content changes are edits to existing supplied text or images. Outside care, approved edits are $75/hour: $37.50 minimum for the first 30 minutes, then $18.75 per additional 15 minutes. We confirm an estimate before work. Care requests do not roll over. New pages, features, integrations and redesigns are quoted first.
Moving and separate services
You can move your website anytime and receive one standard export of paid-for site files and applicable data, subject to agreed ownership. Domain renewals, business email and paid integrations are separate. Canceling care does not delete a website or client data; included or prepaid hosting continues for its remaining term.
Money-back guarantee and refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your deposit: if you are not satisfied within 30 days of paying your deposit, email us and we will refund it. Once a site is approved, launched, and the balance is paid, that final payment is non-refundable. Monthly care is non-refundable for time already elapsed.
Revisions
The standard website build includes 3 major rounds of revisions. Additional major revisions and work beyond edits to existing supplied text or images are quoted separately.
What we need from you
You agree to provide the content and materials we need (text, images, logos, access, and information) in a timely way. You confirm that you own or have the rights to everything you give us and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or break any law. Delays in providing materials may delay your project.
Ownership and intellectual property
On full payment, you own the final website or design deliverables we create for you. Until full payment, all work remains our property. We may show non-confidential previews of completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us in writing not to. Third-party components (fonts, plugins, stock assets, platforms) remain subject to their own licenses.
Turnaround times
Timelines — such as a typical 1–2 day first draft — are good-faith estimates, not guarantees, and depend on the scope and on how quickly you provide materials and feedback.
Disclaimers
Our services and website are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee specific business results, search rankings, traffic, or sales. We are not responsible for third-party services (such as Stripe, hosting, domain registrars, or social platforms) or for downtime outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrimForge is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific work giving rise to the claim.
Termination
Either party may stop a project with written notice. If you cancel after work has begun and beyond the 30-day deposit window, completed work is billable. We may decline or end work that is illegal, abusive, or outside the services we offer.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. The "last updated" date will change, and continuing to use our services means you accept the updated Terms.
