 movie_greats is a brand-new community for discussions of any and all movies made up to the end of the 1970s. The idea is that discussions will be a little more-in-depth than just “who’s your favourite movie star?”, but without going too far the other way and becoming too scholarly. It will also be a place to discuss non-Hollywood movies as well as Hollywood movies. You can also discuss science fiction and horror movies of that era, and silent movies as well. If you love classic movies come and join us!

Всем привет!
Недавно заметил в блоге Игоря Бигдана рекламный баннер, где он предлагает рекламу в своем блоге. И тоже задумался над тем, как бы получить хотя бы небольшую копеечку со своего увлечения.
Наткнулся на форуме блоггеров http://www.bloggers.su/forum/ на раздел о монетизации блогов http://www.bloggers.su/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=29, там обсуждаются многие вопросы, смысл которых мне непонятен. Тем не менее, некоторые из участников озвучивали цифры, и у некоторых якобы доход с блога был такой, что с основной работы можно было уйти... я бы тоже так хотел...
Особенно заинтересовала тема: Как начать зарабатывать на блоге? В ней новичкам, в т.ч. и мне, объясняют как найти рекламодателей для блога, какими способами вообще можно заработать... короче интересно блин и перспективно, как мне кажется.
А вы что думаете об этом? |

strange_tears is a place to come to discuss 19th century artists and art movements like Romanticism, the Gothic, the Pre-Raphaelites, the Symbolists, Art Nouveau and the Decadents. In fact most 19th century art with the exception of the Impressionists. We’ll also be discussing poetry and prose, again concentrating on the Romantics, the Gothics, the Pre-Raphaelites, Aestheticism, the Decadence and the Symbolists. We’ll also be discussing certain trends and tendencies in 19th century society. Areas like spiritualism, Egyptology, Rosicrucianism, magick and its influence on art and literature, the Celtic Twilight, Victorian attitudes towards homosexuality, women in Victorian society, the way women were depicted in the art and literature of the time, the dandy, the Salon de la Rose+Croix, attitudes towards sexuality, etc. And of course Oscar Wilde!
If you like the paintings of Rossetti, Burne-Jones, Holman Hunt, Delville, Moreau, Redon, Schwabe, von Stuck, Böcklin, Khnopff, Levy-Dhurmer and Klimt, or the poetry of Dowson, Symons, Swinburne, Baudelaire, Verlaine or Mallarme, then this community could be just what you’re looking for.

Welcome!!
Welcome to The Method, School for the Creative Arts. You're looking at our brochure because you have an interest in creative outlets, or know someone who is. Whether you're nine or ninety-nine, there is something here for you. Thanks for taking a look. If you have any questions that aren't answered inside, feel free to give us a call. We're looking forward to hearing from you.
Our campus is large and boasts several opportunities for students of different areas of study to interact. Our bar and restaurant is spacious and student run. Every Tuesday and Thursday is mixed aged night, and the first and second Friday of each month is for the under-aged student body. There is a full menu available, as well as a fully stocked bar.
There is a gym as well as indoor and outdoor basketball courts, and an Olympic sized indoor pool.
For performances we have a 70 by 39 foot stage that looks out on audience seating of 1065. The domed ceiling and professionally designed walls allow for excellent acoustics.
Each student will be given a room assignment and a roommate of the same sex and close to the same age.
A semester is fifteen weeks long, with a week long break in October. During the summer we have six-week-long programs for those that wish to continue in a more intensified setting.

cult_movie is a community for those who love cult movies – anything from 1940s B-movies to David Lynch, from 1950s schlock sci-fi to Russ Meyer, from Jess Franco’s horror films to Andy Warhol’s underground movies, from German horror movies of the 1920s to contemporary indie films, from 1970s lesbian vampire flicks to Ed Wood, from movies by independent film-makers like Derek Jarman to Harold and Maude, from 50s camp classics like The Bad Seed to 80s camp classics like The Lair of the White Worm, from 50s juvenile delinquent movies to 60s and 70s Eurotrash, from arthouse classics to drive-in classics. In fact we discuss pretty much anything that can be considered a cult movie. The only things we don’t discuss are slasher movies, modern horror gorefests and similar stuff. If you love off-beat movies check us out.

What if Salem Witches' Institute is the very same Magic School the Halliwells protect? Perhaps centuries ago the Ministry of Magic orchestrated a separation of Church and State that excluded the Elders and WhiteLighters from interfering with European witchcraft. But their reach didn't extend to the colonies where magic was stifled and only encouraged by WhiteLighters. Now it's nearly 25 years after the battles against Voldemort and the Ultimate Power. Both Hogwarts and Salem Institute are open again. But when the peace of both sides is threatened, Potters and Halliwells will have to unite wizards and witches everywhere under a common cause. |
