ONE THOUSAND BLANK JOURNALS ARE TRAVELLING FROM HAND TO HAND THROUGHOUT THE WORLD. THOSE WHO RECEIVE THEM WILL ADD STORIES AND ART, AND THEN PASS THEM ALONG. THIS IS AN EXPERIMENT, AND YOU ARE PART OF IT.

What does moderated mean?

Any member found to not have the community on their friends list will be removed.

You must be active. We want to know you.

You will be responsible for shipping costs, domestic and international. These costs can run from $2.00-15.00. You will need easy access to a post office for mailing. You will need to provide proof of mailing if asked (Delivery Confirmation w/in the US…tracking number or postal receipt in other countries).

You will have deadlines. When you receive a journal, we will ask that it be mailed back out within three weeks.

You must keep us informed, posting to the community when you receive and mail journals.

This community uses a member-to-member feedback system (similar to ebay). You will be asked to leave feedback for other members.

You must have regular and dependable internet access.

You must have an active email account that you check often. When we send you an email, we want you to respond in a timely fashion. Failure to do so may result in a missed journal opportunity, and ultimately...deletion.

In exchange for all this, you will receive journals in the mail to enjoy and add to...trading words, thoughts, pictures, and ideas with members from around the world within the pages of traveling books. You will create and appreciate. You will be part of this project.
