OK, so the first 4 days of my meal plan HUGE success — I lost 5.6lbs. I got paid on Friday and needed groceries for the next two weeks. However when I go grocery shopping and recently get paid I kinda get crazy in thinking of what I need. Long- story short, I ended up with more groceries than planned and ate way over my meal plan for the past three days resulting in week 1 only losing 3.4lbs. I binged... it's over... focused on this new week... and am back on my meal plan. I already have meals planned for this week, trying to focus on protein. Last week was mainly carbs so this week is protein themed. With this week I am hoping for a total of 7lbs or more would be great. Coffee is included most days as an option if feeling weak, overly tired, or extremely/excessively dizzy, and only when sleep doesn't do the trick. I took 4 lax around 4.20pm today and might take 3 more if they don't kick in very soon. Trying to start fresh tomorrow, as I overindulged these three days I have no desire in overeating this week. I made a plan to have accountability next trip to the store to prevent overbuying food and sticking to my pre-arranged/approved grocery list to help limit my future intake. Happy Holloween!!
