im new at this thing and i dont understand -how do you get to the community? i mean i can't see almost anything, isn't it like a site or something ?
and this "post" thing- is it like an email ?! lol sorry i sound dumb but i've never tried those kind of stuff ans im not a native english speaker so sorry about mistakes and stuff

 if you are a mary-kate fan [which you obviously are!], come join miss_marykate. one of the most active mk livejournal communities (850+ members!), it gets updated every day with any new pictures and news, and you can post anything related to miss mk (news, pics, info, graphics, etc.). this isn't one of those communities that gets made then never updated again. i was given the community a couple months ago, and i've worked hard on it just about everyday. but please note that it isn't an eating disorder related community, just a mary-kate fan community. when you join, don't forget to add it to your friends page so you can see all the updates ;) JOIN miss_marykate.

Alright, I just wanna start this off by saying hey I'm new! I'm London, I am was the verrry active mod in Thinspirememk& Thinspirememk2 (our account got hacked into by this bitch and deleted.) Anyways. I've strayed from the pro-ED internet world for the past 6 months, attempting normalcy. Trying to fight my ED myself. I tried to just have fun like a normal 18 year old. I drank, I smoked weed much more (causing munchies which I tried to ignore so badly.) My eating disorder never really left, because frankly, I don't believe an eating disorder can be cured, even with professional help, I believe it will always partially be there. You're born like that. I tried to eat like my friends ate this summer, and for any of you who are friends who are stoners know, is a lot. And what did this "normalcy" bring me? close to my highest weight. So, I saw a post asking 'how to loose 20 pounds in a month' (HAHAH.) and I want you to know I'm not like that. I've been diagnosed with "EDNOS with bulimic tendencies" for about3 3 1/2 years now, and have been actually carrying out this behavior since I was about 12. But I wanted to ask people, what are little things that you personally do to remind yourself how important this is to you? (ex, I used to carry a picture of 'thinspiration' in my pocket, and when I wanted to eat, I'd feel through my pants to remind myself of the picture.) or what are little things you do each day to keep yourself from eating? (ex, I used to take baths whenever I was hungry. It soothes hunger pains, and reminds yourself how fat you are as your body lays in front of you.) Just , what's something original you do? Wow, I appologize for rambeling. i'm still a little drunk, but I was thinking about this all day..

Damnnn. I ate chinese food. Some fried rice. EW. Around 650 cals today. 1 green tea and like...5 diet cokes. purged once. comment if you'd like to become my friend. i'm new so i dont really have any friends. =)

hey girls how are things going? Well the salad idea made me sick and my mum was on me like a fat kid on cake,but anyways.I find the only diet that i get fast and long lasting results is on the atkins diet,i lost about 8kg in less then 2weeks on that diet.The whole eatng thing just doesnt work for me,I feel so fat,but fasting just makes my tummy blow up and i store every single calorie that i intake.So maybe I should atkins it for a month get that weight of and start cutting down on proportion sizes and stuff.I want to be healthy,healthy and THIN.So maybe for the mean time i should go on the atkins.What do you lovely ladies think?

hey, just a quick question... when losing weight, where is the last place that u lose weight from? eg your thighs, stomach etc.
mines my thighs, no matter how much weight i lose they still look massive- im around 112... or is it if i get below say 98 then theyl get slimmer? please respond,i really hate feeling this- no matter how hard i try, im still soo repulsed by my body. thanks
