Anime Icon Test

anime_itest welcomes you. Icon makers are encouraged to join and participate! And if you don't make icons, no worries, everyone is welcome to watch and vote. However, please note that only
members can actually submit or vote.

Each week, members will be given a theme. Members will have a week to submit the theme related icon. Icons will then be posted for voting. Winners will be announced on the second day after voting has commenced. Banners will be made for the winners and the icon placing 1st will be featured as a community icon until a new winner is announced at the end of the following week.

1. Shonen-ai and shoujo-ai are permitted however, please keep in mind that not all members are 18+ so keep your icons PG-13.
2. Submitted icons must be compatible with Live Journal. [100x100 and 40 kb or less and only .jpg, .png, or .gif formats]
3. No fanart (unless it's your own) and no doujinshi should be used as images for your icon. There may be exceptions but unless we say so, Just Say No.
4. Submitted icons can be no more than 7 days old. They must be made new for the contest.
5. Do not steal the icons featured in any of the contests and claim them as your own. Do not take them without permission.
6. Follow the rules in each individual challenge.
7. Do not post your icon anywhere until the voting has ended this is cheating and cheaters are not tolerated.
8. Failure to follow rules will result in modly action based on your offense, mostly disqualification.

[x] Icons are due every Friday at 12 am CEN.
[x] Your new themes will be put up Friday evening before midnight or soon there after.
[x] You are allowed to submit two icons each week unless other wise stated.

[x] Voting begins Friday before 12am PST or soon there after.
[x] Voting ends Sunday at 9 pm PST and winners should be announced soon there after.
[x] Vote for three icons in order of placement and the special category.
[x] Do NOT vote for your own icon.
[x] Do NOT vote for the same icon twice.
[x] Do NOT rig voting by asking people to vote for you.
