"Twilight Zone" (stylized in lowercase) is the fifteenth track and fourth single from the deluxe edition of Ariana Grande's seventh studio album, Eternal Sunshine. The song was released on March 28, 2025, through Republic Records. The song was later released as a radio single on April 8, 2025.[1][2]
Background[]
On March 17, 2025, the song was teased through the @brighterdays Instagram account. It showed the album's tracklist, revealing the name and its position.[3][4] On March 22, 2025, Team Ariana shared pictures of Grande behind the scenes of the Brighter Days Ahead short film, with the caption saying "did i dream the whole thing?". Later, on March 24, 2025, Grande teased more lyrics: "or was I just not me at all" on her Instagram stories. On March 25, 2025, Grande teased more lyrics and later posted the first snippet of the song through the Brighter Days Hotline.[5]
Upon the release on March 28, 2025, the song was promoted as a single on the Eternal Sunshine Deluxe: Brighter Days Ahead tracks.[6][7] On March 28, 2025, the song was officially released and was on Ariana's short film Brighter Days Ahead on Peaches third memory alongside "Supernatural."
On June 20, 2025, the official merch was released alongisde the singles cover art, digital bundle and physical LP, CD and cassette.

The music video was first released in the short film "Brighter Days Ahead" and then made available on Grande's YouTube account on June 20, 2025. It begins with a black background and Grande sleeping and singing after waking up in a ruined bed. She found not only a burnt teddy bear, but other burnt toys as well. Grande then leaves the ruined room and goes into the hallway, trying to find her way out through the leash.

- The track is named after the epynomous hit television series from 1959 hosted and written by Rod Serling.
- The Twilight Zone is among Grande's favorite shows, she even hosted a Halloween-themed event based on it in 2019[9]
- As Eternal Sunshine's 4th single, it is the third album to have 4 or more singles after My Everything and Dangerous Woman.
