Rachel Roarx (Democratic Party) is a member of the Kentucky House of Representatives, representing District 38. She assumed office on January 1, 2023. Her current term ends on January 1, 2027.

Biography
Rachel Roarx was born in Louisville, Kentucky. Roarx graduated from Holy Cross High School in 2015. She earned a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Louisville in 2019.[1][2]
Roarx's career experience includes working as a neighborhood initiatives manager with the Louisville Independent Business Alliance, the executive director of the Southwest Dream Team, and a legislative aide with the Louisville Metro Government. She has served as the board president of The Little Loomhouse and Louisville Girls Leadership.[1][2]

Previously, Rachel served the local community in the Office of Councilwoman Nicole George as the Metro Council District 21 Legislative Aide. Before that, Rachel worked at UPS as an Administrative Assistant on nightshift. She is a graduate of Holy Cross High School and the University of Louisville. While there, she majored in Political Science concentrated in Law and Public Policy with a minor in Social Change. Rachel spent six years supporting youth in Jefferson County through her board service with Louisville Girls Leadership. In 2023, Rachel was inducted in the Holy Cross High School Hall of Fame with the Next Generation (30 & Under) Award.
When she is not serving District 38 in Frankfort, Rachel works as a contract worker for Louisville Independent Business Alliance (LIBA) and formerly served as the Executive Director of the Southwest Dream Team (SWDT). In her free time, she serves as the nonprofit Immediate Past Board President of the Little Loomhouse and as the Vice President of the Happy Birthday Circle board of directors.- Fighting for union labor and working families.
