Hi past and present BDU/BDUc Family,
Ever wondered what Cynicat is up to now? Do you miss Emily's fancy dress appreciation? Feel like arguing a trivia answer with Corey or Wormy or have your self in stitches laughing at anything that comes from Edie? Want to see Nicole’s new hair colour?
Our BDU and BDUC family past and present has meant so much to so many people. Some fantastic friendships, romances and even babies (well 1 that we know of) have come about as a result of this great place.
A few of us are organising a reunion, on a scale of, well the BDU Family really! Anyone who has had a part to play in BDU is invited, and if you can think of someone we have missed, pass this email along! This is for everyone who has ever loved BDU in Sydney, Australia and if you are feeling rich, international!
When - May 10 – 2pm
Where - Sydney, Paddys Haymarket (of course)
Bring? - Any BDU Memorabilia, monkeys, pigs etc
RSVP - To Sam (Gordy) or Brenda so we know that we can get a place big enough. Or post on the forums, in the Facebook Group or Live Journal Post

Well, there really is no update. No one has heard from Derek, i know Rob sent him off an SMS yesterday when he got back from Kiwiland and when I left #buffydownunder he hadn't heard anything. I have no idea what he's doing (Derek), last time I talked to him he had been at his housemate's (mm Conrad *swoon*) brothers house drinking and had come back, cause I asked him what he had been up to and where his housemate was... heh. But that was the last I'd heard. I have no idea if they ventured to Summernats, cause this might be the case, but it was kinda wierd that his nick was all gone from #buffydownunder.
If anyone can update my rambling, I'm pretty sure everyone would be appreciative!

There have been HDD problems, it's being replaced as we speak (nothing has happened to it as of yet, but Derek/Anita/Anti-Gremlin/Grems/Whatevaah doesn't want to take any chances and is replacing shit). Thus the BDUC forums are down. They should be back up on thursday sometime, but dont worry, all data has been backed up.

Hey guys,
Just thought I'd celebrate that bdu_ljers now has over 50 members!
And we have a new firefly icon care of Captured Memories because I think we deserve a change every now and again.
Any suggestions for keeping this place more alive and active will be greatly appreciated, although I imagine people mostly use this just for the friends page so I guess it's serving its purpose :)

so basically, i have less than 4 hours left here. it's gonna be crazy i still have shit to pack up i think, but all i wanna do is go to the pub and drink, and eat my lunch.
tonight will be awesome too, seeing people i havent seen for a month ;D meeting people i talk to but have never met :D

Hi,
so this is what's going on. i might possibly be going to bulgaria to work for 3 months or more. if i get the job i'll be leaving basically 2 weeks after the job is secured (this could be within a month) i love you guys and i'll miss you all terribly, its good though cause dad, geraldine and little munchkinpop gracie are over there so i wont be so lonely. for those of you who know, i was planning on going to nz next year to study. going over there hopefully wont be on hold, studying will be cause i dont think i'll make the cutoff date for applying for the start of the year intake, unless i do it all now, bit that's a bit rushed.
I'm doing my passport and shit at the moment so i can be ready to go if i get the job. i'm fucking even more so scared about this, than going to nz fpr 4 years. i dont know what's going to happen with dominic, i told him this morning through txt about the job and stuff, i havent said when im going if im to go, so we're going to have a good long chat about it tonight and figure things out.
