neurocomputing对Declaration of Competing Interests的格式要求

事情

最近有一篇论文被neurocomputing录用了，期刊的数据管理员给我发了份邮件，说我之前提交的DoCI格式不对。我看到DoCI愣了一下，回想我提交的所有文件，猜测这个缩写应该是指的Declaration of Competing Interests，然后去查了一下到底有什么要求，在这里做一个记录。
