Aren't you fed-up with garbage, full-of-shit sites where nobody actually communicates, such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Twitter? Do you wish your old friends who've migrated to those sites would return to LiveJournal? The the_lj_revival community has been set up with that aim in mind, and you are invited to join it. If you are already on LiveJournal and still have a Facebook profile, and would like to see more people returning to LJ or setting up accounts here, we invite you to post a link to this community on your Facebook Timeline. If you would like to find out who is still using LiveJournal and make contact with those who are already here, you are invited to copy and paste the 'about me' questions on the profile page and post them with your answers to the community.

Yes, I know I just went to Shamrock & Thistle last weekend. Yes, I know. However, they circulate a few papers that are of interest to me, one of which is a weekly paper. Besides, every time I go I notice something new.

I noticed they had Marmite today. I looked at the jar and held it for like, three minutes. I put it back. Not a Marmite-buyin' day. I chuckled at the cans of R. White's Lemonade and peeked into the Sussex Teapot to see the ladies having tea and eating little butties.

I was looking at the sauces and some cockles that looked disgusting when I noticed the boxes of crisps. Walkers Crisps, to be exact. I don't know how I missed them previously! After looking at all the flavors, I selected one to eat.

See, we don't have meat and seafood flavored chips in the U.S. so just the concept of prawn or steak-flavored chips is totally foreign to me.

All I can say is that the first taste got my attention, totally. Then, I practically inhaled the rest of the bag.

I'm glad I only got one. I'm also glad I don't live closer to the store, because I would get super-fat off of Cadbury Flake bars, McVitie's biscuit things and whatever else I could get my mitts on.
