Finally, all money raised that does not go directly into creating the ad (be it extra money, or if we don't make enough for the ad) will be donated to the Prenatal HIV Research Unit (PHRU) at the Chris Hani Baragwanath Hospital in Soweto, South Africa. There will also be a note of this in the ad, as well as contact and donation information if Billboard readers also want to contribute.

Great news everyone! ^__^

There will be a screening of Hanson's documentary: Strong Enough To Break at Concordia University next Thursday, March 23rd, at 7pm. I’ll make it clear right away HANSON WILL NOT BE THERE COZ THEY ARE IN STUDIO RECORDING. BUT THERE *MIGHT* BE A WEBCAST THING GOING ON SO YOU GUYS MIGHT BE ABLE TO ASK THEM QUESTIONS!. And this information should NOT be posted on hanson.net *just don't do it we'll get in trouble* plus we don’t want fans flying in from all over the place to see it (let's reach people who haven't heard about the documentary yet).

» Hey everyone! :) I need help with my Super Hanson Promo Project so i thought i'd post here! I live in Montreal, QC, Canada and around here everybody thinks Hanson are "dead".. their new songs never play on the radio.. we only hear MMMBop once in a while or Merry Christmas Baby at Wal-Mart during the holidays. Sooo.. last night while laying in bed listening to the sample cd i received at the last concert i attended.. i got this idea: Why not burn a cd with various Hanson songs on it and make tons of copies and stick those cds (with a brief explanation) on random people's lockers in colleges & universities around here.. also in bus stops, coffee shops, music stores, etc..

I'd only write "ARE YOU LISTENING?" on the cd with a note that'd say "TAKE ME!" in big letters and "If you like me check out the website.. if you don't then PLEASE give me to someone else who u think would like me! Nobody has the same music taste.. share instead of throwing me in the trash! :)" or something like that.

As you may know I am looking for a ticket stub (scan or digital pic) from every stop on every Hanson tour.

I currently need roughly 150 more. If I can get that number down to 100 or less, I will begin putting the pages together for the website. (Basically the faster I get it to under 100, the sooner you all will be able to see them!)

OR if I get a whole tours worth (not counting Live and Electric, those will not be posted until after the tour, regardless of if i get them all before or not) that page will go up shortly after.*

So, to see if you can help out check out the list of what I'm still missing. It's all set up now so all you need to do is click the link for the show's ticket you have and upload it into the email.

*just so no one can accuse me of assisting people in printing out copies of tickets and trying to get in with them. While it probably won't happen, I just want to make sure, so no one will see those stubs but me until Thanksgiving.

Sorry if you see this in other communities, I'm trying to post it in general ones as well as location specific ones.
