This is the CHLOE Project! What is the CHLOE Project, you might ask? Well, technically we are a cosplay group created at the end of march in Seattle, Washington while attending Sakura Con. Since then, we have decided to broaden our horizons and step out into the world of fansubbing. Also, we would like to take this opportunity to share our awesomeness with the world. >_< Mostly, we want to help you find what you are searching for, be it subs, translations, scantilation, videos, pictures, information, whatever.
