req.uests Yes, she's taking requests. FOC. Why the free service? Because she can't sign up for a Paypal account nor use her father's credit card.
I. She'll do only Harry Potter requests. She'll do requests which are of her interests (Harry Potter, German National Football team, Hellsing, Paul Twohill, et cetera.)
II. The request must not clash with her interests (e.g. H/Hr, D/Hr, H/LL, Ron/Giant Squid and all that wackiness), unless you're forking out dollars.
III. Request only Friends-Only banners, layout headers, icons or anything graphic/x (includes non-lj things too). No full layout (as in codes/overrides) 'cause, damnit, take a look at her personal lj!
IV. Provide pictures/examples and all the nitty-gritty details as much as possible. It makes her life a whole lot easier.
V. Include "I love you, Twohill" into the subject line when making your request to prove you've read the rules.
VI. Please understand that she may take an awfully long time to finish your request. In the event she's unable to fill your request, she'll personally inform you through e-mail.
