Hello there. Welcome to cucina_casa.
Here you will find an assortment of collected recipes from various cookbooks from my kitchenshop or from my own personal experimentation with food and ingredients. I am collecting these for my own recipe folder, but I decided it to be a waste of good food if these recipes weren't shared.
As I've just typed these recipes up - I haven't tried some of them, and I'm very wary about putting recipes up that may not work. So if you want to try them out - feel free and go ahead! If it works, or doesn't work or there were some funny experiences in with it - comment, please! Feedback is important!!
There are quite a few that I have tried, and these have my "sun" symbol of approval above the name. if you see the sign, it is a tried & true recipe. I continuously find more recipes as I progress with this folder, and I intend to try every recipe to check it is fool-proof.
If you have a recipe or something to contribute - go right ahead! Anything is welcomed. Only one rule: catergorise them under an LJ-cut, please.
I will also post up a measurement conversion chart on this page, just keep in mind that many of these recipes are Australian and work to Australian measurements (20ml = tablespoon, etc). If there is an alternative name to certain ingredients, i will also try to keep these names in also for you.
