This is a Closed Community Journal for an online Book Club. It is co-monitored by devi_pavarti and postcardjunkie. If you would like to join us please contact postcardjunkie.

For now we are still sorting out how we would like to have this run so if you have any input on guidelines or format please feel free to email me.

Our ideas (completely available to change just let us know):

1. All Book Club Books will be announced by one of the monitors so that we all are reading the same books and don't get confused. To recomend a book please just post a comment here. Also, if you are currently reading it or want us to read sooner rather than later include that and we'll try to take into consideration. I know everyone is rearing to go right now so don't get upset if your suggestion isn't used for a while.


2. If you don't like a book we're reading please feel free to tell us why, WITHOUT spoiling the book before the book club meeting date


3. Anyone who maliciously spoils a book for the group will be removed


4. Please use proper grammar, punctuation, capitalization and spelling in your posts and comments. It makes it easier for the rest of us to read and understand your meaning.
   
5. Only community members can comment on posts and only community members can post so please join if you are interested in playing


6. We will read a variety of books. If there's something you don't want to read that's fine


7. We will list all Book Announcements and Book Discussions under memories by the Title so you can look back and see what we've read.

This Book Club is intended to be a fun and flippant undertaking, sarcasm is appreciated as is criticism. However, meanness is not. If you can't play nice you will be removed from the community. I know you are all great though so that won't be an issue :)
