Creation of the IBM System/23 Datamaster article

Hello,

I would like to assist in the creation of such IT article. However I don't know Deutsch and as a consequence I would need collaborators. @Buran Biggest Fan: I don't think it makes sense to edit in a Wikipedia language version whose language you don't speak at least at an intermediate level. In my experience, this only leads to linguistic chaos.
