Panoramic - Upper ramp May 2018

The Education Faculty Library (University of Cambridge) opened on its current site in 2005 and serves a diverse community of full-time, part-time and distant students (most of whom are postgraduates), as well academic, research and support staff.  The Library team have developed a hybrid service to meet the wide-ranging needs of the Education community, providing a full online service of digital resources via Moodle, alongside a large physical library.

The Library holds approximately 55,000 physical items on Education and related subjects, and in addition to the usual academic monographs it also includes multi format teaching resources for PGCE trainees, a collection of Children’s Literature, reading schemes and an education archive.

For Your Information is our home for news about the Library, covering everything from promoting themed resources and publications by Faculty staff to highlighting our online and physical services. We also welcome guest blogs from Faculty staff and students.

The Library team are happy to answer your questions by email: library@educ.cam.ac.uk.
