Ambition is the burning desire to possess riches, fame, power, or honors. It can also be an ambition, a desire to achieve something great, so that as human beings, we can set ourselves ambitious goals, referring to the fact of wanting to exceed expectations, stand out from the rest of the people. Ambition is what moves us and motivates us day by day, the desire to overcome ourselves and reach a lot further and achieve our goals that for some may prove impossible, however for the ambitious person everything is possible with determination, effort and dedication. It provides the motivation and determination necessary to achieve goals and goals in life. Ambition is often confused with greed, whereby a greedy person could harm himself or others to get what he wants. Ambition in contrast, has to do with the desire to be better. La ambición es el deseo ardiente de poseer riquezas, fama, poder u honores. Puede tratarse también como ambición, el deseo de obtener algo en grande, de tal manera que como seres humanos, podemos fijarnos metas ambiciosas, refiriéndonos con esto al hecho de querer lograr superar las expectativas, sobresalir del resto de las personas. La ambición es lo que nos mueve y motiva dia a dia, el deseo por superarse y llegar mucho más lejos y lograr nuestros objetivos que para algunos pueden resultar imposible, sin embargo para la persona ambiciosa todo es posible con determinación, esfuerzo y dedicacion. Provee la motivación y determinación necesaria para lograr objetivos y metas en la vida. En ocasiones, se suele confundir la ambición con la avaricia, mediante la cual, una persona avariciosa podría dañarse a si mismo o a los demás para conseguir lo que desea. La ambición en contraste, tiene que ver con el deseo de ser mejor.
