Thrush, thrush - family of birds in the sparrow. These birds have the following characteristics: ▪ They are small or medium sized ▪ They have variable plumage, often brown or gray but are also brightly colored species ▪ Insectivorous, often looking for food on the ground ▪ Many of them have a rich repertoire of songs and beautiful singing. In Poland, the family is represented by several species, including several breeding or locally breeding. Drozdy, drozdowate – rodzina ptaków z rzędu wróblowych.
