Amalá is votive ritual food from Orixá Xango, Iansã, Obá and Ibêji. Candomblé is made with cut okra, grated onion, shrimp powder, salt, palm oil or sweet olive oil, can be made in several ways. It is offered in a bowl lined with acaçá pasta. Also called by the people of santo in candomblés jeje-nagôs de caruru. In Batuque of Rio Grande do Sul is prepared the base of a pyramid of manioc flour, where they add a bovine meat sauce with mustard, served in a trough along with bananas and apple. No Batuque do Rio Grande do Sul é preparado a base de um pirão de farinha de mandioca, onde se adicionam um molho de carne de peito bovina com mostarda, servido em uma gamela junto com bananas e maçã.
