Robinia is a genus belonging to the Fabaceae family. Of note is Robinia pseudoacacia, an endemic species of the United States, but naturalized in other regions of North America, Europe, South Africa and Asia. In some areas, it is considered an invasive species. Robinia é um género botânico pertencente à família Fabaceae. De destacar a Robinia pseudoacacia, uma espécie endêmica dos Estados Unidos, mas naturalizada em outras regiões da América do Norte, Europa, África do Sul e Ásia. Em algumas áreas, é considerada, uma espécie invasora.
