eliteduels! This is an HP icon contest for those with that little extra talent. Weekly challenges will be posted on Sunday, icons can be submitted until Friday, Saturday is voting and on Sunday the winners are presented and a new challenge is posted. Your mods, 
serenitynoire and distopiac will take turns posting challenges/voting/winners.Rules:
1. You are not allowed to use your icon elsewhere during the challenge (i.e. having it as a userpic, posting it in an icon batch).
2. If you want to use an icon after the challenge is over, please comment to the winner's post saying which icon you want and the maker can reply with a yes or a no.
3. Icons can have, at the largest, a size of 100x100 pixels and a file size of 40 kB.
4. This is a stillness community, which means that no animated icons are allowed.
5. Hotlinking is absolutely forbidden. If we find you hotlinking, you will be banned from the community and may never join again. This is a very serious matter; we don't look upon this lightly.
6. Please include the word 'mollywobbles' in your application so we know you've read the rules.
7. Have fun! This is an online challenge; don't go all sad and emo because you didn't win. Some day it'll be
your turn to win!
